Best part of our experience was Samantha Silva, the office manager. She is diligent, responsive, professional and on top of things. As my mom lives outside of LA, we struggled to find consistency in doctor care but for understandable reasons. If you're in the LA area, definitely worth consideration.

Worst concierge service ever. They constantly reschedule and cancel appointments. They do not care about helping elderly patients at all. We will be switching providers immediately. The worst medical service my father has ever received. Be warned they are attentive for the first few weeks and then nothing will happen after that. We have only been with them for two months and it has been an absolute nightmare.

Updated 4/8/24: Since my review, I have been in close contact with Vanessa at House Call MD, and our service with them has dramatically improved. Vanessa provided the prompt and direct care that my father required. I appreciate her diligence in seeing that problems were resolved quickly and that my father received the care that he needed. Vanessa is truly dedicated to patients of House Call MD.

I have been using HouseCall MD for 1.5 years now for one of my clients. HouseCall MD is a fantastic way to receive primary care at home. Dr. Jarchi is a wonderful and patient physician. His team is amazing, especially Samantha. Samantha always goes above and beyond the call of duty any time something is needed. I am so glad that I am able to partner with them for care of clients. As a Certified Geriatric Care Manager, HouseCall MD has made my job easier. I will definitely use them on other cases. I highly recommend this medical concierge practice!

If you are a busy mom/wife, like myself, that is also the primary taker of your parents. then you may, like myself, run into a lot of challenges of getting your parents the proper medical care they need. HouseCall MD, has been such a convenience for my parents and myself. They have a dedicated team, that is so on point with checking in on them, refilling their medications on time, making sure they are seen for their preventative needs. Samantha, has been my go to, in the office. I have developed a great relationship with her and she tends to my parents needs. I highly recommend HouseCall MD, the doctors are very caring physicians. Angela is the one who sees my parents, and she very great at communicating with me anything that she feels, I should be up to date about them .

Dr.Jarchi is honestly the best doctor in Southern California. He is an expert in caring for our elderly community. Residents absolutely love him. Dr. Jarchi and his team at House Call MD are responsive, educated, and the true experts. Samantha in the office juggles so many things, and yet she is always on top of everything we need. Dr. Jarchi is an outstanding doctor, that has helped us through the process of dealing with the declining health of my mother. He is very respectful and provides my mother the utmost professional care.
