I would not RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY to be a patient, client OR EVEN AN EMPLOYEE! The supervisor is a compulsive liar and very manipulative so she can not keep any good staff. The lady sat down and interviewed me. We talked about how she wanted a good staff and how it was previous drama. We also discussed both being single moms and the struggle, she then "hired" me on spot. She had me complete the new hire paperwork and EVERYTHING. All I was supposedly waiting on was to do my drug screen, but the day came to my drug screen and by this point I had told other higher paying or better opportunity jobs down due to the fact I was told I GOT THE JOB! I turned the offers down not even just due to getting the job but the fact of me not wanting to disappoint her by going and accepting another job so come Tuesday she couldn't even be WOMAN ENOUGH TO CALL ME! I received a message on INDEED stating that she was "sorry she found someone more experienced" but I was told she was "done looking" after she hired me so not only was I mislead both personally and professionally now I have missed opportunities that I REALLY wanted SIMPLY because I did not want the day to come and me have to tell her I accepted another position but yet she did it to me and told me she would consider me for other openings but nope, IM GOOD! I would never want to work for or be a client of someone with that type of character!

I had been discharged from marshal medical north with nebulizer medication and they didn’t give me a nebulizer. Walmart said I had to find one. So I came here after searching everywhere for one. I’m not sure which amazing lady was working at 4 on Black Friday but she went waaay out of her way to help me. She helped me with directions to get to the place ,she found out for me that I did in fact have a prescription for a nebulizer that the hospital didn’t fill and should have , she got me the nebulizer and was able to use the prescription and have Medicaid cover the cost. This lady was so kind and patient with me and deserves recognition for what she did. I didn’t get her name but she is truly a wonderful person and a great employee to have I wish I could give her the recognition she deserves. She answered any questions I had and was so so so kind. She is a beautiful wonderful lady and i appreciate her so much for her help. She turned a very negative and horrible experience(finding the nebulizer and realizing how bad the marshal medical north was)for me into a positive one .

I was overcharged for home oxygen. My co pay was to be $24.10/ month. They were charging me $60.25/ month. I retired from Huntsville Hospital in 2018. Gave up over half of my life to work for HH.
Very poor service from HGA Huntsville!
They don't even deserve 1 star. No one called me to investigate. They just were "ho hum" about it. Local homecare companies charge less than HGA.
DO NOT USE HGA!!!

Resupply department straight up refused to file my claim as they said I have a similar insurance to what I had a few months ago and they will deny the claim. I call the insurance company and they said that’s not true they will cover it and even called over to resupply to tell them to file the claim, they still refused.

So just ordered the supplies on Amazon and saved $150 from what they were going to charge me anyway!

Oh and because you all want to play games, you will never see a dime of my outstanding balance. It was supposed to be on autopay 3 years ago and the girl never set it up now i have a high balance with them that I never received a bill for until you refused to file my claim. Not paying it EVER. It was supposed to be on autopay and you refused to file my claim.

05/23/2024 I had read the reviews online before my appointment so I had mixed thoughts and emotions as I arrived for my appointment to pick up my new c pap machine. I met with a lovely young lady Ms. Amanda and quickly felt at ease as she introduced me to the machine and how to work it. She was precise and thorough and so very courteous. Even helped me fill out some of paper work that I couldn't see even with my glasses. I would recommend this company to anyone I could. I had a great experience and am thankful ..

This company gives you a phone number if you need supplies or anything related to them.However, I called twice yesterday and once today and they don’t answer the
phone! You can leave a message with answering service, but apparently it goes nowhere! I was SO frustrated because I needed oxygen supplies and no one would return my call. So I asked my doctor’s office to call. They answered right away and said they would take care of my issue.
Looks like they only talk to Doctors!!! I would NEVER use their service again, even though I’ve had pneumonia for 5 weeks!

There was a very friendly group of ladies in this office. They went over and beyond to help me get a nebulizer. It is wonderful to have this option when needing medical equipment. I was in and out in a timely manner. I could see that they truly wanted to help you. I will recommend to all that I can.

Waited 2 weeks on a call back about a CPAP machine issue. Returned it all and found a new provider. Never will use them again.
