Greatest urgent care in North alabama. I unfortunately hurt myself a lot. I've been to a lot of urgent care in Madison. Hands down, this one is the best in Athens. Wonderful, nice people who want to help you. Quick care even though I showed up 20 minutes before they closed. They stayed and helped me. 100% hope I don't have to visit again any time soon, but if I do I know these wonderful people will take fast and good care of me.

Fast and friendly service! Being able to make appointments and complete all paperwork online is the best! No long waits when you arrive. I've used the Athens clinic twice now, and I will definitely be back. From the front desk workers to the doctors/practitioners, everyone makes you feel cared for!

If I could give 100 stars I would but I only have 5 so they definitely get those. By far the best urgent care facility I have ever been to. The office is very clean. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and funny and the people in the back were very nice as well. They were very quick and very efficient. Just an all around great environment and great attitudes and personalities from everyone I saw. Wish more urgent care facilities were like this. Will definitely be coming here from now on when I get sick.

The entire staff was absolutely wonderful. The associate at check-in was so kind and pleasant. She went out of her way to help anyone who needed an extra hand with aid or instruction. The medical assistant was short-handed but was still friendly and attentive - never making me feel like I was a burden as you often experience in those situations. The doctor was wonderful and had a great bedside manner. I was so impressed at the customer service offered and would highly recommend this clinic.

I set up an appointment online for 12:30pm. You can check in online when you arrive in the parking lot. You can also see where you are in line. How many people made an appointment and how many walk-ins. They were very busy so I was actually seen a little past 1:00pm. The receptionist was very friendly and offered everyone in the waiting room water (cold or room temp.) Once I was called back, I spoke with the nurse who was also very friendly. Then I saw Dr Jeremy Urban. I have been there several times over the past two years and have seen Dr Urban each visit. He is the same each time, always kind, genuinely caring and thorough. He answers any questions I have and gives me all the paperwork from my visit to review. I highly recommend this office.

I had a sudden onset of illness after coming back from an out of town trip. After several hours, I was convinced I had something serious and took the COVID-19 home test which showed positive and I immediately walked into the care center to be treated. The lady at the front is sweet as sugar- so kind. The nurse was friendly and efficient. The doctor very kind, knowledgeable, explained everything and told me that if I needed anything, don’t hesitate to call him. The only thing that would’ve made me feel a little better about the experience  would have been an offer to help me walk or a wheelchair. I was feeling quite weak and often unsure of my footing and walked slow and unsure. But then I am an adult and could’ve asked for help.  Upon leaving the front desk, lady told me she hoped I felt better. I know where I will go for my next emergency visit. Great job everyone! Thank you so much.

The care I received was amazing! I walked in barely able to hold my head up from strep throat, they got me hydrated and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I could not have asked for better care. Sammy and Joleen were both absolutely amazing! From the front desk to the time I was discharged. I absolutely appreciate every thing they did to make sure I would feel better. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for all of our urgent care needs!!!
