Excellent experience. Staff was very friendly and everything was clean. Made an appointment online, walked in and told the receptionist my name, and then had a seat. Someone called me back within 5 minutes. I was talking to the physician within 5 minutes after that and had my strep throat test results very quickly. Chris explained the medicine and then called it into the pharmacy. He even asked the pharmacy to go ahead and fill it and wait for me to arrive, since it was close to closing time. Couldn't ask for a better experience at a clinic. I'll be back.

The nurse was so nice. The attending nurse practitioner? I guess? Was weird. Saying I was old. Saying I needed to make some decisions? I went in for a UTI! Or a bladder flare-up! I have a bladder disease called IC. Also for a COVID test since I was exposed! Totally negative! I'm only 59 years old! Good lord, why is he in Medicine? Women have babies now at 59 years old! I'm not going back. Being sick is enough without a negative nurse practitioner.

April, wonderful lady at the front desk, was cheerful and showed concern for the reason people were there. She was very polite and patient, and definitely knew what needed to be done.

Mr Christopher Gorbatoff was very kind, listened and spoke well. He was knowledgable and professional, yet laughed with me and my wife as we completed the examination.
I would want my PCP to be him.

Dr Rice and the nurse (I didn't get her name) were both so nice and understanding and listened to everything I had to say didn't just brush any of my symptoms under the rug. Would highly recommend them!

A cut on my leg had become infected so I went to get it checked out. They got me right in and told me what needed to be done. Everyone was compassionate and friendly. I am confident I received excellent treatment. I would definitely recommend others to go there for urgent care.

The doctor was nice enough but there was no one there that could xray me. I was probably the last patient. I was hurting bad and had a obstruction in my intestines. He told me to get magnesium citrate and drink it. The pain increased so bad that I ended up in the ER. I guess that is where I should have gone in the first place. Now I will have 2 bills and had so much more pain.
