Had a great experience here so far. Rachel was the first doctor that has actually sat and taken the time to listen to my symptoms rather than jumping to put me on medication. The front staff was very friendly and easy to work with. If you’re needing a provider to advocate for your health, I would definitely recommend scheduling an appointment!

Hybrid Health's front office staff were kind and efficient. The provider I saw listened to my health history, documented what I said, and was patient. She explained everything in detail and in terms I understood and how different supplements along with my medications would help me heal, getting back to where I was months ago. absolutely love it there i had the hardest time for the longest time finding a doctor in could trust or let alone like. and thankfully to a coworker he told me about this place and I absolutely love the staff. I would highly recommend them.

BEWARE - THIS IS MY OPINION BASED ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. They advertise getting to the root cause and providing and personalized approach. The provider I saw in post falls tried to prescribe me multiple prescription drugs within a few short minutes of speaking to me. When I asked about testing my hormones and stating I didn't want any prescription drugs pushed on me, the provider acted irritated and unprofessional and said "you're hard to read" and stated she doesn't make very much money off my appointment and no money off prescribing me drugs. I'm paraphrasing here. I never brought up her making money but stated based on your website I thought I this appointment was going to go differently. I ended the appointment immediately after the provider became agitated by my questions and made me feel very uncomfortable. I actually left their office in tears and the front desk girls assured me they would connect me with the owner regarding my appointment. I reached out multiple times to speak with an owner or manager and have not been able to connect.
