Got my IV and b12 shot with Matt. He was awesome. Great energy made sure I was comfortable. Greeted me with a smile. You get to sit in a recliner chair and watch tv! Super clean space!!

I love me some HydraMed. For starters it’s family friendly. I bring my 7year old with me sometimes & he love the comfortable reclining chairs while he watch Netflix. I usually come every week & get the Lipo-b12. I come once a month to get a vitamin bag & I love it. I definitely can tell the difference in my energy. The staff is always so friendly & make us feel welcomed. The best part is i don’t have to sit all day. In & out literally. I HIGHLY recommend👌🏽

I made an appointment to receive IV therapy. I arrived 20 early. I noticed the nurse had just excepted to walkins. I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time and then was told I could start my IV in the waiting area then I could be moved to a room. I was never moved to a room I only received a partial bag of IV therapy. More recently I have noticed that I have been overcharged by $180. After several phone calls my account was then credited the $180. While talking to the manager she offered a simple apology and said mistakes do happen . Just today I noticed my account was unjustly charged again for $60. I will contact my bank to block further charges and dispute this $60 charge. I have already had to canceled my card previously used when using their services. This has been a horrible experience.

Today was my first visit. I scheduled an appointment online and got there early and was seen before my scheduled time. Noah was great and only poked me once : ). The Forever Young IV rehydrated me. I am looking forward to my next visit!

I was really surprised to see a one star review because I have had wonderful experiences. However, it seems as though that reviewer never actually was treated there, so I would not consider it a helpful review.

Anyway, I had the flu and went in when I was still recovering. Halfway through the bag, I started feeling SO much better. I have been back twice now and everyone who works there is very knowledgeable and helpful. I plan on going often!

My husband has a syndrome that seriously dehydrates him...and FAST! Due to the horrible service we have recieved many times over from Lehigh Hospital we will ALWAYS choose an in-home hydration service. After reaching out to our regular in-home IV companies we usually use in the swfl area with no success on booking due to availability and no after hour care, we decided to try a different company, Hydramed and luckily WE DID! We were in need of a late night visit and we were so fortunate to have Tracy agree to come quickly despite it being quite late. From the get go, Tracy made my husband feel so comfortable and at ease. She truely cares about making her patients feel better. In addition to that she is extremely knowledgeable in what treatments her patients need and is just excellent at what she does all around. From inserting the IV swiftly and painlessly to her amazing bedside manner, she really went above and beyond for him. I woke up to a well hydrated happy man. We will absolutely continue to use her in the future. We wouldn’t want anyone else! Thank you Tracy! You are an angel!
