We could not find someone to fix my husband's scooter and the company, "Discover My Mobility" recommended George. They said he was "their guy" and it turned out that he was ours too. It was a difficult job that required both knowledge and ingenuity and George had both. His store has a large inventory of medical supplies and his assistant, Marvetta, knows everything about the business.
It was a very good experience and worth the drive from San Francisco.

Store owner George is truly a honest man with integrity and just a sweetheart I was looking on internet to order Pride mobility scooter Raptor every authorized vender stated scooter on back order would take possibly a month before ship I contact I feel good medical outlet Fairfield California owner George he is a authorized seller for Pride Mobility scooters went far beyond great costumer service tracked down a scooter in stock out of state via his fantastic contacts told me he could deliver scooter within a week what really impressed me George took out the time to point out scooter positive points was very knowledgeable regarding my questions to assure this scooter would be a perfect fit for me George contact me within a week stating scooter was delivered George put scooter completely together charged up scooter called to inform me he would deliver scooter at no extra charges same day George arrived took the time to point out and teach me as to how scooter operates never made me feel he was in hurry even though he still had 2 more deliveries after 7pm it is very rare to witness/ receive just over the top personalized service if you like me looking for a person who actually says what he mean and do as he say George is your man I really would give more stars if possible I humbly thank you George I recommend I feel good outlet store what ever your medical and repair service needs😊👌

My wife and I have been getting medical supplies from I Feel Good Medical for some years now.The owner George is great as well as his staff. They are not only helpful with the equipment but you can tell that it is a labor of love for them. In other words they truly care about their customers. I am so thankful that I found out about them because in these days it is not easy to find a business owner and a business that genuinely cares about customers.Thank you George and staff you guys are great. I would guarantee that anyone that calls and works with I Feel Good Medical will feel the same way as I do.

I have a 20 year old GoGo scooter. I was having issues with the battery case, the wires had been disconnected in my efforts to replace a burnt fuse. Having difficulty re-wiring it I took the whole case to I Feel Good Medical. George assured me that he could either find a new battery case for me or figure out how to re-wire the batteries, 2 of them. George spent several hours researching an answer to my problem. Learning that buying a new battery case was not possible due to the age of my scooter, he went about the tedious task of re-wiring it. He was successful and I now have my working scooter back! I can’t express how very grateful I am for all his efforts. He never gave up and his tenacity saved me the cost of a new scooter. I want to add that George’s assistant, Martha, was very kind and accommodating to me as well. What a good team they make! I Feel Good Medical will have my business forever more!

I could not be more satisfied with the rollator walker I've just purchased from the I Feel Good outlet in Fairfield. George is knowledgeable regarding every item in his store and will do whatever he can to ensure his customers also know exactly what they are purchasing. He and his staff are easy to talk to, understanding and thoroughly professional and I recommend them for whatever medical equipment or device need you might have. You won't find better service.

My Mother and I went into this Medical Equipment rental store yesterday and met the nicest lady ever! She seems to be the person running the show, however she is not the owner. I was in so much pain since having eye surgery because of how I was (trying) to sleep. This woman working there gave me the best, most needed , neck massage EVER! She was quick and to the point with the rental paperwork and the price wasn’t bad at all! Did I tell you about the massage though!? Lol. The massage isn’t an offered service, I should add.. She was seriously so kind. The chair I rented is in great shape as well. From what I could see inside the shop, everything is in new condition. I would recommend this facility for many reason, but the massage would be number one! Lol.
