I had an excellent experience at Ideal Image. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The treatment itself was quick and relatively painless, and I saw noticeable results after just a few sessions. The clinic is clean, modern which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I had my first laser hair removal session at Ideal Image in Attleboro today, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! The entire staff was incredibly helpful, courteous, and informative from start to finish. I initially purchased a service I didn’t end up needing, but the team was fantastic in working with me to switch to a different procedure at almost no extra cost. Ashley and Laura were absolutely phenomenal, and while I don’t remember everyone’s names, the other two women I interacted with were just as amazing. The level of care, professionalism, and customer service here is top-notch. I’m looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend this location to anyone considering their services!

I’ve been a client at Ideal Image in Attleboro for over a year, starting with treatment for the stubborn, thick, dark hairs in my neck and face area. Today marked my last appointment for that, and I left feeling so energized and thrilled with my experience.

Kerri, my technician, was absolutely amazing—kind, professional, and the fastest tech I've met! I was so impressed that I asked about treating more areas, dreaming of that smooth ‘beach babe’ look. Unfortunately, my financing application initially got denied, and the third-party financing vendor's support was unhelpful. But the Ideal Image team went above and beyond to turn things around for me.

Rosa, the front desk rep, was diligent in exploring every possible option with me, and when it became clear we needed extra assistance, she didn’t hesitate to escalate my case. Lora, the manager, stepped right in and immediately got to the bottom of things. It turned out there was just a clerical error on the back end, and she worked her magic to get it sorted out. Next thing I knew, I was approved and scheduled for my next appointment!

I can't thank the team at Ideal Image Attleboro enough for their warm, friendly, and dedicated service, especially during such a challenging moment. Looking forward to summer 2025—sun’s out, buns out! Thank you, Kerri, Rosa, and Lora, for making my experience so incredible and for truly caring about your clients.

Went in today with my wife for her first Botox treatment. We had the absolute best experience! We were welcomed in by the Manager and front desk. Offered water and or coffee tea or coco!!!!! The nurse came out to treat us she was extremely friendly and welcoming. My wife was nervous she was quickly put at easy. She told me later once inside the room she went over what her expectations were and how could they help her look and feel her best. The nurse explained what other services and skincare could help her achieve these results. She then had the procedure and was then walked out and taken into the managers office where we went over promotions for other services that they had spoken about that would help her get the results she wanted. We both left extreme happy! I can’t remember the last time i recieved customer service like this. I will be sure to tell all of our friends about our experience with this great group of ladies. You can certainly tell they love what they do!!!!

First time customer receiving Botox. Laura my NP was excellent. She explained everything- we discussed a few options. She explained her direction which I agreed with. I must say as a healthcare person her hand hygiene and needle safety was impeccable. She changed gloves numerous times, hand sanitized numerous times, and used the needles 100% to guidelines. I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire process.
She will be my point person from now on. I will be going back very soon. I’m extremely happy with her service and dedication.

BUYER BEWARE. They encouraged me to PREPAY for services in order to secure special promotions. When I went to my appointment to use my prepaid services, the provider turned me away saying I had a medical condition that I’ve never had! She tried to tell me that my allergic reaction from 12 years ago was ANAPHYLAXIS! It’s not true!! Anaphylaxis is life threatening! My reaction (from over a decade ago) was just an allergy, cleared up with benedryl, and I never even saw a doctor for it. After turning me away for services that I prepaid for, I’ve tried 3 times to get my refund to no avail! I’ve been a client there for years, but ironically, now that I’ve banked multiple promotions, they turned me away under a FAKE diagnosis, and kept my money. I have called and emailed multiple times. I’m still fighting this, but should not have to go through all of this just to get my money back. Every time I speak to someone, I’m told someone will get back to me, but no one ever does! Please beware before they talk you into pre purchasing a product. They may have the right to turn me away, but they do not have the right to misdiagnose me, nor keep my money after turning me away.
