I had Botox done here by Alex and absolutely loved the results! She was so professional, friendly, and really took the time to understand what I was going for. Alex always does excellent laser treatment!!! She always makes it fun, fast and efficient. Kim always knows me when I call and she goes above and beyond getting you in for appointments. Kim and Alex have an amazing knowledge of all the treatments they provide. The manager, Monica is another amazing woman there. She is always willing to help the clients and the staff with whatever they need. Monica is another person who knows my voice when I call . She always makes sure to come say hello when she knows I am there. These women have such positive energy! I am never disappointed when I go in. I can’t say enough how wonderful these women are. This place is great and very clean . I love coming here. Well done ladies:)

“Incredible Results! My Skin Has Never Looked Better!”

As a Latina women who recently had facial hair removal treatment , and I am beyond thrilled with the results! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to assess my skin and customize the treatment to my “Olive” skins tone.

I highly recommend Ideal Image Burlington. I'm writing this review a week or so after my appointments as a testament to the quality of their work product start-to-finish. The manager, Monica, stays up on the latest science by attending conferences and is truly passionate about all things aesthetics. Kim is the most empathetic, patient and knowledgeable receptionist you could ask for. And Alex...Alex is an aesthetician with exceptional attention to detail, ridiculous hand/eye coordination, keen eyes for symmetry and patient interaction that leaves you feeling calm and assured with 100% understanding of realistic expectations (which she exceeded in my experience). I highly recommend and truly appreciate these Burlington Ideal Image team members!

Crystal is absolutely AMAZING! definitely will be going back. Everyone is so sweet and personable and they make you feel so welcome and comfortable. I went for lip filler and I was so nervous but crystal, and everyone else there made it a piece of cake:) 10/10, i recommend ideal image to everyone!
