I recently visited Ideal Wellness, and had the experience of having Amy give me a massage. She is fantastic! Very attentive, and really did an amazing deep tissue massage. The staff is also fantastic. I had scheduling issues in the beginning, and the staff found away to accommodate me. Excellent all around service.

I was a bit apprehensive when I first arrived but found the waiting area very beachy and relaxing. The therapist I had is Amy. She reviewed problem areas with me to better address locations that needed special attention. Now for the massage… I can say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Amy was so thorough with deep tissue pressure I requested, but gentle where needed. I was so relaxed that I dozed off towards the end. I will definitely be going again and will recommend Ideal Wellness to friends and family.

THINK WISELY! I was going to ideal wellness for over a year. I was getting 2 massages per week and pemf. The combo helped my migraines and chronic abdominal pain. Without a notice, I received an email from Joy telling me it was in the business best interest to not allow me to go there ever again. I had to have emergency surgery and could not make it to the appointment. To receive such an email, made me cry on top of just having abdominal surgery. Just could not believe the hatred in the email from a person that had helped me so much. I am aware of the cancelation policy. My sessions were always pre paid in full plus tips, so her and her business never suffered financially. I spent about $5,000 a month and she gets rid of me. In fact my father and i have un used sessions that Joy has refused to refund. Really think twice about going to ideal wellness. It's all about the business and money. This could happen to you.

There's such a difference when you find someone like Joy who really knows the body and how to heal it. I went for my very first massage ever, and it was amazing! I had Racheal and she was wonderful, and very kind. I told her that it was my first massage and she made me super comfortable. The room itself was dark with calming music and water sounds, as well as very clean. I walked in and the staff was friendly and offered me water or tea. It felt very private and cozy, the smells were amazing, and overall super relaxing.

Joy is one of the BEST massage therapists I’ve ever encountered. She and I worked together monthly during a 7-year period in which I was traveling extensively for work and had multiple issues, mostly centered in my back. What stands out most about Joy: her kindness, her strength and skill, and her listening. She would process whatever was bothering me, through a brief pre-session conversation, then get immediately to work, using her studied and well-honed skills and her immense strength to help set my body on a path toward healing and wellness. All along, her kindness and grace shone through to complement her hard work beautifully. We no longer live in the same neighborhood and I miss her monthly treatments (and simply interacting with her!) dearly and have not found anyone half as talented as Joy is since we last worked together.
