Have been a pleasure and a blessing to me,be a part of IMA BRANDON, FLORIDA. It is more than a staff members dealing with my health issues. It a blessing to count with Rosie,at the front desk,welcoming everyone and receiving to take care in every aspect you need. And also this beautiful young lady Miss Yarelis,been sure your appointments are been scheduled and taken care also,of details, approaching the manager,kindly and proffesionally.Everyone with Dr.Velaydez, Iris,the nurse,super professional, kind, patience and helpful to us,my son and myself. Have no way or words to appreciate all and everyone at IMA GROUP what you have done and keep working ,due to the passion and love for me my son Omar and all the patients.God bless you,all. Dr. Valeydez and his wonderful team have helped us to successfully navigate health challenges this past year with insightful and accurate treatment. They are always professional and gracious and compassionate.
The receptionist staff work tirelessly to maintain a positive environment the minute you step through the door. My husband and I highly recommend IMA.

IMA medical group is an excellent clinic, it's awesome, I feel very welcomed and feel like family, I use to be a diabetic and now I'm free because of how my doctor was helping me out, the doctors and the staff are amazing always treating the patients with kindness and care. I highly recommend IMA Brandon for anyone looking for a new primary care doctor

I'm sure the Doctors here are great, but I will never know. I had an appointment today at 8:10 and when I arrived the door was locked. The time on the door said 8:30? A lady with a Spanish accent let me in, just to tell me that my appointment has been cancelled due to the fact that I have FL Blue insurance. Their website says that they take it. She told me, not all of the Doctors in the group take this insurance. Great! It would have been nice to have got a call to let me know, before I make a long drive to get there. But here is the "kicker" this lady lied to my face and said she doesn't know who would have made this appointment. Well, she was the one who I spoke with on the phone! I recognized her voice instantly. Not only is she completely incompetent, but it took her so long to get my information over the phone as a new patient intake, like 15 minutes or more. It was ridiculous! That should have been a red flag for me. Overall, time was wasted.

I must tha Rosie is an asset to the office

Please note she knows how to treat sick patients and get them to smile is a privilege to come see the doctor with Rosie in front as a gate keeper.
