I'm not someone to leave reviews but this Ima East Colonial office highly deserves it. The staff and doctors are always so kind, listen and discuss everything throughly. Dr Reyes is a compassionate doctor and treats you as if he was caring for a family member. I'm glad to being back there. Also, they make the office very cheery which one you don't feel good it's kind of nice to see that they cared enough to make you smile. Thanks Mrs Michelle, Jessica, Catalina, for your assistance where swiftly able to step in to help.

Can't see or talk to my Doctor always busy and can't spare 3 minutes to talk to me.
No one returns calls.
Had me wait for 25 minutes on the phone and then hung up.
They refuse to give me the phone of the main office so I can explain the problem.

I never realized how great I had it when I had Dr Luis Mendez until I left the office and transferred to IMA in Winter Haven. Dr. Mendez was an awesome Dr who took the time to explain issues and even had a pleasant attitude when he was with me. He understood the issues I had to deal with due to my stroke. He worked with me and I had a few problems, but he had nothing wrong with working with me to correct them.

Now to the offices in Winter Haven, I have had to change Dr because of a language barrier with one Dr who seems extremely nice. I tried but after a year it just wasn't getting any better. When I went to the other Dr, he has done nothing but bully me. I have to call every time I need a medication because they won't take calls from the pharmacy! (Office policy) I have over 10 medicines to fill each month, plus I am getting ready for surgeries, biopsies, therapy, you name it. Most are thru this Dr. The office does not have a working fax number, has never had one and they give me reports to take to other Drs. I have to have other Drs send reports multiple times and then bring the actual report myself in some cases. It's very stressful and I have been told that I need to see a psychiatrist because I get stressed out due to this! Every time I leave their offices I wish I was back in Orlando!

I would just like to thank everyone in the Orlando office for doing their job and making my time their such a successful one! Make sure to give Dr Mendez a huge thank you! I miss him dearly❤️❤️❤️
