The entire staff s wonderful. The techs make the patient comfortable and explain each procedure before they do it. Angelica is one of the best. Appointment was on time, they understood my husband’s issues, we were in and out quickly. Would recommend Imaging Health to everyone.

This place is intentionally hiding the trauma they see in the images. They leave it out of the reports, they crop it out of the images, or cover it with white patches. Then, when I requested, multiple times, my records be sent to my new doctors, they tell me “no problem. They’re on the way”. Yet, nobody ever seems to receive them. Before I left California, I went in and asked for my records on a disc. Now in Chicago, I’ve taken that disc to multiple doctors; there’s nothing on the disc. I have countless X-rays and a ct scan, going back 4 years. Every time I went in, praying that THIS TIME! Someone will see the injury and someone will see that I’m suffering. THIS TIME!! Somebody will save me!!! But no, they hide it. I couldn’t understand HOW? They weren’t able to see anything. So when I realized that the findings are intentionally being covered up, to keep people from receiving the resources they desperately need to survive; my heart has been shattered. Everything is a lie. It’s all a big scam. Designed to keep people enslaved. Ive had a very rough life but, through everything I’ve been a life long optimist, now, a full blown fatalist. I lost everything I’ve ever worked for. I was left homeless. My body is destroyed. I have nothing to live for anymore. And I’m putting that on their hands.

I took my 2 yo son in for a chest xray and check in was quick. We were called a couples of mins before our appt time. The two xray techs were amazing with him. They were quick and let me know when to expect the results and got us out in just a few minutes. After seeing dozens of patients they were still happy and energetic and made the process very smooth.

My third time using this facility for different procedures, front desk staff is always pleasant, efficient, easily understood and knowledgeable. Day of procedure is an easy and quick checkin from the car with very little waiting once inside. Results were always available that evening as well.

The staff here is very knowledgeable. My referring doctor made a slight mistake on my sonogram prescription: Anthony F. (An employee at Imaging Healthcare Specialists) made a phone call and fixed the problem right away, expediting my appointment.

I've seen this happen before (a mistake on the prescription). Other places just pass the buck and wait for someone else to fix the problem, causing delays and frustration, but not Anthony. He took charge and handled everything swiftly, professionally and with a smile. I can see he takes pride in the thoughtful service he provides.

Anthony went above and beyond and saved me much time.
Give this man a raise!

My doctor ordered an MRI but IHS refused to schedule me stating their radiologist didn't do the recommendation. I sought outside doctors because there is a history and the US determined there was a mass which they said was normal. I'm sorry that has never been the result on a mammogram before so am not just accepting the feedback of normal. When I asked to be scheduled after my insurance authorized and they had a Dr's order they said they would investigate and ghosted me. I emailed and they again said they would investigate. Not sure what they need to "investigate" they have an order and an insurance authorization. Seems really weird to be denied a diagnostic treatment option. Never had this at Valley Radiology

Imaging Healthcare is awesome! The scheduling process is a breeze, they are always on time and the staff are wonderful. 5 stars for sure.
