First off if I could give negative stars I would. As a large business owner here in camp verde the attitude my wife and I received by the front desk representative was completely unacceptable, unprofessional and had zero concern for us. Parking lot had one car. Was told we can be seen in two hours and was yelled at that this isn’t an emergency room. Then take the sign off of the building. Appt only are you kidding me? Do not waste your time you will only be disrespected and treated like a second rate citizen. Absolutely ridiculous.

I want to express my sincere and warmest gratitude to Jason, Robert and Dana for the amazing care. I received! I woke up early on a Saturday morning, not feeling well at all! I called Immediate Care at 8:05 AM and was greeted by Robert first, followed by Dana. They both got me set up and checked in to see Jason via telehealth. Within minutes, I had an appointment with Jason! Jason took care of me so well and I knew I was in good hands! All this care happened within 15 minutes! Robert, Dana and Jason, thank you for providing outstanding care!

I had an emergency situation when my own primary care provider was unable accommodate me. Out of desperation I called Camp Verde Immediate Care and was quickly booked for a telemed appointment for the next morning. Jason and his team came through with flying colors and I received nothing less than a professional, well-coordinated telemed appointment. This facility is definitely an asset to the community of Camp Verde. They are available 7 days a week so in some cases you can avoid the Emergency Department at the hospital in Cottonwood. This will be my "go to" in the future if I should need it. Thank you so much for being there.

Team Jason & Jennifer are fantastic! They got me in same-day when I needed help, they were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and didn't rush my appointment. And best of all - Jason's treatment solved my problem. Even though I live in Cottonwood, I will now always go see J&J in Camp Verde when I need help with a medical issue, rather than mess around with the NAH location here. The folks here wouldn't help me.

My husband needed care for a severe cough. From scheduling to treatment, we were treated with respect, patience and understanding. Our 9:00 am appointment started at precisely 9:00am. Our PA Jason recommended a very effective combination of treatment in the clinic plus prescriptions. Jessica provided professional assistance and follow-up even though the clinic was very busy all day.

I was blown away with the care we received at Immediate Care! We happened upon them when our toddler presented with symptoms of an ear infection while visiting from out of state. Jessica and Jason were PHENOMENAL. Seriously, I wish we could use then as our PCP. Jessica was so kind and gentle with our daughter; usually just getting vitals is a struggle. Jason was also incredible, and was able to inspect her ears without tears... unheard of for us! When I had follow-up questions, Jessica was responsive and Jason prescribed an alternate antibiotic. I cannot emphasize how positive our experience was. THANK YOU!!

Was seen a week ago because I’ve gotten sick, was sent home and told to just rest. Did not get antibiotics. Called them again only to be sent to voicemail to see about getting a medication to help me seeing as how my symptoms have gotten worse. Have not received a call back or anything. I’ve been sick for a week now and I just want to back to normal health. I’m not paying another $130 just to be told to rest.
