I have been going here for the past few years and have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Tina the manager has always been good to me and treats everyone with such respect and kindness. The massage therapists who ever you get is always communicating if the pressure their are doing is ok or needs to be adjusted and they listen. By far this is the best massage therapy place I have been to. It’s worth every penny.

This was my first time here and I was a walk in on a Sunday afternoon. It's best to make an appointment but they did get someone to give me a chair massage for 30 minutes. The gal was super strong and she tackled my shoulders fervently but it was a little too much pressure for me so I had to tell her not so hard. After she found her rhythm and applied less intensity, I was able to relax. Though she hit some pressure points, I have had better massage therapists who knew where all the points were on the back and neck. But she was good and I was happy and the endorphins kicked in and I was feeling very relaxed. I will definitely go back. Their prices are excellent and if you go I would encourage leaving a nice tip because if you went elsewhere the prices would be much more.

Consistent high-quality massage experiences. My mom is a nurse working grueling hours, and needs regular massages for pain/stress relief. She introduced me and our whole family to Imperial, and we have been exclusively going to Imperial Health Center and highly recommend them.

I really enjoyed my time at imperial health Center however I was recently shocked when I was required to pay a $15 tip at the end in the past, I’ve always tipped generously however when I was TOLD not asked to pay $15 it really rubbed me the wrong way. I don’t understand why these massage places just don’t include the $15 inside there prices? The girls at work here work so hard they should get a piece of the house makes. I won’t be coming back. I’m sorry imperial massage it was good while it lasted.

This was my place to go to get 1 hr 1/2 massages for almost 4 years , until last week when I was forced by owner to tip the girl who gave me a massage $15 tip . I always tip $10. I am already paying $70 for massage why would I be forced to pay another $15. She mention everything is expensive now in days . I agree and because of that I only tip $10 for a $70 massage that I get every 3 months . A massage that I need because I work so many hours and my body and mind needs. I stop going there . Tips are voluntary no one should be forced to do it, unless she’s not paying them what they deserve I don’t see why she force me to tip this amount. Save money and don’t go to this place !

I have been to this massage parlor many times, and I choose Lucy for massage every time. She is an excellent masseuse and can give me a very satisfactory experience every time. Lucy's professional skills are impressive. She can accurately find the tension and pain points in my body and effectively relieve them through her skillful methods.

During each massage, Lucy will pay great attention to my feedback to ensure that the intensity and method of the massage meet my needs. Her techniques are very unique and diverse. After each massage, I feel relaxed and exhausted.

In addition, Lucy is very friendly and patient. She always greets me with a smile and makes me feel at home. Her care and respect for customers make me feel very comfortable and happy every time I come to the store.

I've had more than a half dozen massages at Imperial Health Center. But tonight, September 5, 2024, I can honestly say that I received the best 1-hour massage anywhere in this area.

For starters, I requested a 30-minute massage from anyone available. To my good fortune, a young lady named Lucy was assigned as my masseuse. She was doing such an exceptional job that, 20 minutes into my massage I requested a 1-hour massage. Her skilled hands found several unattended knot-clusters on my shoulders and back. At my request, she then focused on my sore thighs and calves; the result of today's 6-mile hike in 106F degree temps - ain't doing that again!

Lucy has magical hands. I pray for good luck next time I'm in need of a great massage. Lucy is a Master Masseuse.
