They were amazing. Arrived promptly and were very kind. She took the time to ask plenty of questions and allowed me the time to do so as well. She reassured me and made my daughter feel comfortable in her presence. We will definitely use Dr. Heards office for any and all urgent care needs!!

This was my first time using in and out pediatrics..Very nice and professional ..Mrs. Felicia came right in and went to work. It was a blessing to have the doctor come in to my home and check out my baby! Thank you so much in and out pediatrics for the great service!

We always have a great experience with Mrs. Felicia Heard. She’s so sweet, very patient, and professional. We did a home visit this time which was 10/10 it was better than sitting at the ER. She was on time & very knowledgeable & i just highly recommend her. We thank you!

First- I am a truck driver. My hours vary. I never know when I will be home. It’s extremely hard to find a clinic open this late (8:50EST) at the last minute. Suddenly today when I picked up my daughter she was crying non stop complaining about her ears hurting. This isn’t normal behavior for her so I quickly went on Google to search for someone to help. I called and unfortunately didn’t get an answer (probably because- they were on the other line) however- to my surprise they called me back almost immediately and I couldn’t believe it. I was instantly impressed. Just that caring attitude. A lot of offices will also refuse my daughter because, we are self pay. They still welcomed us and scheduled us an appointment incredibly fast with open arms. Felicia was so kinda and gentle with my girl. I can’t thank her enough for helping and- again very rapidly. I had just enough time to drive from home to the clinic for the appointment after calling. There isn’t enough stars to rate them, I’d give them an unlimited amount. Highly highly recommend.

Adding - even before entering the building we were welcomed and greeted/shown inside.

We are from out of town and my daughter got a sore throat. Felicia and her husband were absolutely amazing and got us in within 10 minutes. She was very sweet, professional and nurturing towards my four year-old. I cannot say enough great things about them!

Dr. Heard was wonderful the first visit with my grandson. I love the fact that they are a husband and wife team that make house visits. Very convenient if you want to be in a minimal environment. Same day appointment. Very easy to make. Can't say enough good things! I recommend them especially if you have small children.

This is not our first time using In and Out Pediatrics! Once again they were amazing! I didn’t have to get my boys out in the cold to go to a clinic. She was able to run tests and rule out certain things. Her and her husband were very professional and make a great team! Highly recommend!

By far one of the best experiences we have had! They was willing to come to us or us come in as soon as I called! They are both so great, my boys can be a handful at times and she was still so sweet and patient!! Highly recommend.
