The best primary doctor I ever had. She’s been patient kind and understanding with all my health problems… she cares about my health and well being and that eases my mind to know I feel comfortable and safe when I see her. She communicates really well and listens to any questions I have. Thank you so much Dr. Pebble. Looking forward to our next appointment 🙂

I love being taken so well care of by Dr. Natasha every visit. 10/10 recommend. Her friendly personality, being so polite, and her awesome bedside manner keeps me coming back. Nurse Taylor is always so kind and pleasant as well. All around family oriented atmosphere, the medical staff are always so tentative, patient, and supportive with whatever you may have going on.

She was amazing! I felt heard and taken care of when I left. She is thorough and takes time with her patients. I was so impressed and had the best experience. I would recommend Dr Shanley again and again.

I have been to this clinic quite a few times but am at a loss for words. I went in for an exam for pelvic pain. A fibroid was found and I told the doctor I was just diagnosed with a genetic disorder that can have fatal attacks with hormones (porphyria). He looked at me and told me if I’m so exotic then I need exotic treatments. My horrible condition is not exotic. And listing off shock therapy and some form of brain surgery was not appropriate. The nurse stopped typing the notes. And let him keep going despite us being in the exam room. Why have a female nurse present if they cannot intervene? I had to ask him to leave to get dressed. This was beyond unprofessional.

This place is total scam. Poorly run and doctors are only there to rip you off. Doctors are not good at all I recently saw Dr Ryan no idea how she's even a doctor since she doesn't understand few symptoms I was having i had to repeat myself multiple times and after wasting my time and money I will never go back there again since she fails to understand basic problem. I went to Dr Fenton in past and after going to other OBGYN I found out how he wasn't good at all and he performed unnecessary ultrasounds to hype up the bill. Also he came super late during the delivery 'cause he was "stuck" at something. Please do better and don't go to this place they are just taking advantage of people. Also don't fall for the other good reviews cause they ask people to give them good reviews. I made this mistake in the past too. This place is a total disaster. My issues here never got solved. Hope it helps someone not trying to get burned.

?… love this place!!! I was going there from my 20s until I left Alaska!!! My favorite doctor is Dr. Ryan. I found her through her father, who was my children's doctor from birth. She took us in, i.e., my children and I. She cared for me as a single mom who understood and wanted to help.

I also had Dr. Fenton. He was the OGYN, and he was very kind and respectful.

I’m not going to lie. It took 5 years to find a doctor like her. If you're looking for a good place where they know you by name, this is the place.

THE ONLY PLACE I WOULD EVER GO IN ANCHORAGE!! ?❤️?

Front office staff is pleasant & efficient. Dr. Pebbles Shanley is amazing. She listens to your issues, extremely compassionate, caring, knowledgeable & overall very pleasant. She makes referrals in a timely manor and staff follows up with you. Overall a very positive experience - that you will not be disappointed with!
