Do not, I repeat do NOT!!!, buy anything from this deceptive company. They act so nice to your face, the obviously fake kind, but I fell to the tactics because my grandmother was in dire need of a walker with wheels. We didn’t buy the top top of the line…the “ Mercedes“ because my grandmother didn’t like the comfort of the seat. So, we went with the step down model. All of the services and repair options they offer seemed so enticing. How could it go wrong? After spending $300 on a walker I asked if I have any problems could I bring it back and they said “of course.” While walking with my grandmother to a doctors appointment last week the front tires of her walker hit the crack in cement (you know, the one that is always between sections of cement on walkways?) and she instantly rolled over her walker as it tipped forwards. She hit her head, scraped and bruised her legs and arms up. So we go into this medical supply store, only a month or two after our purchase, to see if they could help. We even wanted to upgrade to the most expensive model, regardless of price or comfort because it didn’t tip. I even demonstrated it to the sales person. She said their was nothing wrong with the product so they couldn’t do anything about it.

Elderly Safety Matters. They sell walkers that flip over with elderly and refused to help out. Elderly people that pay out of pocket - beware. Their policy doesn’t help anyone get Independent Life but their owner.
