I took my husband on feb 2 , 2025 there he was sick. The doc was very caring , he took his time
Gave the right medicine he was much better with in 3 days
The staff should tell you up front on the blood work! and why they are doing it! Plus
a charge for it! they just add it to the bill.

I got recommended to this clinic from my brother which had taken his daughter here and had her taken care of in less than an hour. My experience was similar to this. I was in and out in less than an hour (there was not many people when I went), I just had to fill out a few forms and wait patiently, which was not long at all. The staff was friendly and did a good job describing everything they were going to do and as well as clarifying any cost which would be associated with said treatments, while also giving you the option to deny said treatments in case the cost was too high, in my case it was very reasonable and affordable. Overall it was a good experience and I would definingly come back incase the need arises.

Reception was rude and yelling at me. Nurses had injections/vaccines in their pockets rather than in the trays; seemed very unprofessional. When writing the number of glucose or symptoms a nurse would write them on their hand which already had other numbers on it. The doctors is good, most nurses aren’t they really need some basic training at the least

At time of payment they tried to push the expense of medicines that I decided to get in a pharmacy.

This clinic is only interested in selling overpriced $$$$ prescriptions. I’ve had two extremely poor experiences with them. They required a diabetics test$$ when I went there for an ear infection. They did an ear swab and then would not give me the results over the phone so unless I physically walked in I couldn’t get the 50$ test results. Only go there as a last resort!!! Never again.!!!!!

I always visit Indio Medical Clinic, my daughter has MediCal, and I always struggle when she gets sick to get a consultation with her doctor, they make you do an appointment and close to two weeks the closest (every time), I bring her to the Clinic and within 30 minutes she gets treated, they are very polite and professional(very important the last thing you want is to be sick and have someone being nasty). of course you pay for your consultation but sometimes is better than missing days of work until they get better because of the medicine.

I walked into the Indio Medical Clinic on Sunday morning Oct 3. I had less than a 20 minute wait to be seen by Dr. Patel. The staff was very caring, friendly and professional. Dr. Patel and his staff treated me with respect and patiently listened as I could not speak having lost my voice. I would highly recommend the Indio Medical Clinic to anyone that needs medical care. I sincerely thank the entire staff for what they did for me. Thank you.
