This place is a complete fraud, the doctors are laughably not trained doctors. They absolutely do no valid testing and should not be allowed to consult with people at all who are seriously disabled especially the psychiatry. John Miller who almost looks like he is near laughing when he is evaluating someone with a serious issue. Dr. Rami Ravi is a complete fraud the way he tests people all day long is to have them walk back and forth then he writes his bogus reports and plays with peoples lives these reports he writes which end the end decides whether people will continue to receive disability or not. All of these fake doctors should be investigated and put in jail for pretending to be a medical doctor. Dr. Ram Ravi has pretended to be a Pediatrician and he is not. I have helped very good friends and have helped them to get to this place afterward they have been completely suicidal because they have lost their disability because of the notes the bogus unskilled untrained fake doctors wrote saying they believe they are not disabled and do not need medical care. The male nurse is beyond rude. I do not even know how he is permitted to work in this office around people. The manager Cesar Regalado is a very suspicious character as well uncaring and seems to be oblivious to everything going on in this office. The place is also very dirty and has no medical supplies. Everything I know about this place is very suspicious and believe me if I lose any of my friends because of this place who I have tried so hard to help. I will go to the ends of the earth to rectify this situation make sure all of these fake doctors lose their jobs and if they do happen to have a real license make sure they lose that too and have this place shut down.

Terrible customer service. I usually don’t write reviews but this merited one. The people working at the front desk are so negligent, uncaring, and rude; in particular the one lady with the glasses & headscarf.

I was turned away on the day of my appointment because it was too busy (according my to them); which I completely understood, and said it was okay. I was told to come back the next day. I go back the next day and get told my paperwork is expired and that I can’t do my physical exam.

The same lady who told me to go back the next day, told me someone else must’ve made a mistake or something. She had this passive-aggressive attitude throughout the whole conversation, and answered my questions in a tired, uninterested, bitter manner. I would’ve had more compassion for them if they were at least in some sort of way apologetic. This person treated me like if I was the one at fault. I’ve worked this kind of job before and understand the stress the can come behind it, but there’s just no excuse for that kind of behavior. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before wasting my time commuting to such a far location with an already terrible reputation.

If you have a choice …please do yourself a favor, and avoid this place like the plague.

I had an appointment with them to see 2 specialists to assess my Deafness per the request of social security/ NY state. I took a personal day from work to show up and I requested an ASL interpreter for this appointment in month of December. They had a month to get me an ASL interpreter. When I showed up, they said I was confirmed to have an interpreter. I waited 45 minutes past my first appointment with the first doctor. They called me up and told me that the state of New York never confirmed an interpreter which I knew WAS A LIE! They never scheduled me an interpreter. They were responsible to get me an interpreter because they scheduled my appointments not the state. They wanted me to see the first doctor and reschedule me for the second doctor with the interpreter. I explained that I took a personal day from work and they had a month to get me an interpreter and it was not an excuse, and I will not take another personal day. I asked if the second doctor would be willing to communicate with me via writing because I will not take another personal day of work, they refused to because the doctor did not want to. I saw the audiologist who was nice and disappointed with the fact that I was not accommodated. When they took me inside, I sat in other waiting area looking like a fool that they were calling my name and I did not hear them or understood them because of the masks! The staff DID NOT inform them that I was Deaf! Now, I refuse to go back to that place for other appointment. They run that office horribly and the staff doesn't know how to be professional and they are not talking to patients nicely. I will never go back to them ever again! I will never let them talk me down like that again. This place is not recommended! poorly bad business! sorry!

The government must do better in selecting when evaluating persons for disability benefits. This establishment is horrible and the wait time has been tough 2 hours is unacceptable, I don't wait that long with my regular physician. The nurses play favoritism so I had to address it however I liked the doctor she was more professional. She was more concerned with my issue at hand. I hope this is the last visit to this office.

This place is the worst. I was scheduled for a PPD through my job. My appointment was at 8am and I arrived at 7:50. The person at the front desk stated that they didn’t have me in the system and to have a seat. I sat for about 50 minutes before the front fest told me they were trying to contact the people that scheduled me so it shouldn’t be much longer. About 10 minutes later I was escorted to the back and told the the Doctor is with another patient and I was next. After about another 20 minutes, the doctor emerges from the room and disappeared for another 20 minutes. I was told by the staff that she had an emergency outside of the building and will be back shortly. When the doctor finally came back she told me that she had to go out and purchase syringes for the PPD. The staff and the Doctor was very nice, it’s just that the place is poorly ran.

After two hours of waiting for a 2 mins evaluation, I recorded everything. Just in case this is ridiculous even my family said wow 2 mins and the blonde lady rushed like she was waiting to leave. Lady dont work on Saturday if you don't like that schedule without us going here there would be no job for you there.? I was told that the evaluation supposes to last 20-30mins. Their license should be taken away they are not professionals they are just toying with people's lives.

If you can go elsewhere, do not make any Medical Appointments here. The staff in general have zero experience in Customer Service. They are incompassionate and do not address patient concerns. It is run like a bad government office. Some of the staff were calling out patient names like a mean drill sergeant. I sit here with a friend in disbelief that most of the patients here are in critical health and being treat like animals. What a disgrace. It is two hours past our scheduled appointment and I ask front desk, receptionist, if she can give me an idea of how much longer the wait may be? She says she has no idea and if I need to leave go ahead? What? Unbelievable! Look elsewhere!

I called to verify that I can do a drug screening at the Brooklyn location (186 Joralemon st) an hour before they gave me the OK to come in and when I arrived they said the screener was down. Really unprofessional! They didn’t give me an option to come to the manhattan location (which is 1 stop away on the train), I was able to call my employer and they said I can go to the manhattan location. The receptionist was super nice and Angel who collected my sample for screening was also really nice. Even though the client before me was getting agitated, Angel calmed him down. Angel is such a peoples person and I wished the Brooklyn location had more people like him! Overall my experience was quick and easy!! Come here don’t go to the Brooklyn location!
