I have experience with Infinite Potential for primarily personal training, but also some physical therapy for back injury. I've been glad that I was able to access both services as needed in one place, with help that addressed my injury while focusing on getting me moving again as quickly as possible. I really appreciate the ability to customize and scale the services up or down with more or less 1:1 vs workouts to do on my own as needed. In just a few months time I feel much stronger and less fearful of re-injury than I have in years. Loni and her team also worked with my husband through training for his first marathon and he had an excellent experience as well.

Loni is a great listener, is efficient in determining root cause and game plan to address, and is practical in the application. She does a great job at communicating her philosophy, so you feel confident in the approach. Additionally, does a great job walking you through the prescribed exercises and ensuring you do them correctly. Finally, the app helps keep you accountable and near real-time communication through the app is awesome.

By far the best physical therapy I have ever had. I started seeing Brandon over the summer at Infinite Potential when my plantar fasciitis wouldn’t go away and it was limiting my running. I went through the physical therapy program and then continued on with personal training, My plantar fasciitis not only went away but I have also gotten stronger, and have exceeded my fitness goals. Dr. Rodriguez lives up to every bit of her reputation and then some! She just didn't give me a bunch of exercises and send me on my way.

We talked about nutrition and inflammation and how that has kept me from achieving my goals, and she "educated" me on the why behind what has been going on with my shoulders and neck.

She set an achievable, realistic path forward for me, and ended our session with a much needed massage that gave me relief from my pain.

Kiana is hands down the best PT around. I’ve been to a lot of places and she has work wonders on my back. The facility is always clean, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel I always get an effective workout with clear instructions as to what to do at home. This is a recipe for success! Plus they just got a sauna and ice bath which is amazing! I would recommend infinite potential to anyone with chronic pain or any other injury!
