What I thought was a fantastic find for an optometrist wasn’t as good as it seemed. The place is nice. Dr. Weinberg was nice too however I felt rushed and am not even completely sure I will feel comfortable with my glasses. I was told the glasses would take about a week or less. My appointment was over 3 weeks ago. I have checked up several times. I was told there was a mishap with the lenses and frame and it needed to be sent back. Then nothing. No updates. I called back again and spoke to a girl who claimed to be filling in. She promised to get to the bottom of this for me. Never called me back. I’m quite frankly disappointed in this place. My previous optometrist (whom doesn’t take my insurance anymore) had my glasses made in less than one business week. I expected more from Juno Beach Optical.
