Dr. MCcranel’s and the staff at this location are above and beyond excellent. The Dr. explained everything so clearly about how everything was working for my own personal recovery. The staff is amazing as well you will not find more supportive people to take care of you.From the moment you enter the building you are greeted till the time you leave every staff member was so awesome. Don't let the name deter you. This is a wonderful chiropractor for all of your needs not just car accident injuries. I am so so glad I went to Injury treatment solutions for my issue. Dr.McCranels is amazing. Explains everything in detail that he is going to do before he does it, and was very thorough on the questions he answered for me. The staff is so friendly and the environment is very relaxing. I never even had to wait to see the Dr. I highly recommend this place for all of your chiropractic needs!!

Very friendly and professional staff, never had to wait to be seen and they worked around my schedule, even with my last minute changes.

My treatment has ended and I was sent a bill for the portion my insurance didn't cover. I called to set up a payment plan and Donna was absolutely AMAZING!! She was so helpful and understanding, went above and beyond for me and I could not be more thankful. I've never been anywhere with such a kind, wonderful and incredible staff. Everyone there is so welcoming and warm! Thank you all for the amazing service provide!

The absolute best team ever. Each individual is caring, supportive, attentive and professional. Their concern is you, and your healing journey. They offer a flexible schedule to ensure you get the care you need when you need. I've been to many other chiropractic establishments and this tops them all. When your healed and stop going you want to return to visit. I'll not go anywhere else. In as a stranger leave as a family member.

I've never felt so comfortable in a doctors office. When you walk in the door! The staff knows your name. My favorite is that when I came back for my next appointment they asked if I had enjoyed my perogies that weekend. They remembered that I told them my friend and I were going for Polish food. Each person you feel a connection with. And best of all is that McCranels is going to make you feel better for sure!

ITS was wonderful. This was my first car accident, hit by a drunk driver, and they helped alleviate my pain and discomfort. The office seems like a well arranged little family. Everyone on staff is so sweet and caring to you. Definitely a very well oiled machine. The staff really compliments each other. Dr. McCranles was wonderful and listened to me and my concerns. He made me feel at ease and helped me reach my goals we made together for healing.

I would recommend them to anybody. They were great. The staff was awesome. I had a car accident several days before my birthday and started my treatments on my birthday. I wasnt having the best day. The staff signed a card and gave it to me. That was so very nice and above and beyond. All were very professional and kind. I did well in my treatments and was done within a couple of months.

My experience at Injury Treatment Solutions couldn't have been better. As I have told the staff several times, the office is run like a well-oiled machine. Every staff member there is very friendly, compassionate, as well as very professional and competent. I really can't say enough to truly express how impressed I am with this office. Starting out, I was very skeptical that any treatment would help, but it truly did, and that was a big plus in my book.
