I really like IEHP, but I'm only giving 3 stars because there Transportation dept has a lady by the name of Karen (go figure) asked me what I was going to see my doctor for and I have never been asked that before. Karen told me it wasn't important enough. I did call for a next day, which I've done in the past because of getting in on a cancelation of someone else. I don't think it's any of her business to "WHAT" I'm seeing my doctor for. Never ever have I been asked that, that's confidential. I'm am mad about this because I live in the mountains, and my doctors office is in the city 1 hour away. We don't have busses or anything like that. I now have to figure out a way to get there, it's ridiculous. Karen not work in customer service!

Recently moved and they will not even cover an urgent care for my 10 month old daughter while I’m waiting for the county switch. The closest urgent care I can take her to is 60 miles away
