I would give less if I could. I have been coming here for years but it’s gotten so bad I will be changing to a new doctor. In one hand they were respectful and caring but now it’s one big cattle call and they treat you like you’re a drug addict and deny meds you. need even with proof of your injury and ailments. If you don’t see Dr Khatibi or Dr Luminita you’re screwed. The NP supposedly named Maureen (they wouldn’t give me her last name when I asked) Will flat out treat you horrible! She had me go get proof of my dental surgery and then denied pain meds for an abcess tooth that I have to be put under to take out! It’s been excruciating to deal with and I keep missing work. They don’t even check vitals or weight here. They take your $60 and see you all of 1-5 minutes! Front staff is horrible. Twice they forgot to give me my license back and never notified me. I figured it out. They keep a stack of them and never notify anyone. I am just so done being treated like a second class citizen! And I see them now for migraines but but use them if I need for dental as most dentists won’t prescribe pain meds anymore. I am still waiting to see the doctor who said bring proof! They showed her and refused me to see her. Then told me to wait. It’s been 45 minutes.and this NP (long braids but don’t believe her name) was very rude about her
degree etc. update: was in car accident over a week ago. Been trying to get Tylenol 4. That’s it. I’ve been on the phone with my insurance and they called and Sarah kept talking over me and the gal for my insurance and Brenda and Sarah insisted the Pharmacy needed to call. That’s not what they do but they did because my insurance intervened. I was told Dr Khatibi was sending the script. It’s been 3 hours. They are now closed and he never sent it!!!! They say to text or email. I’ve done both. Now they’re taking it personal and purposely not helping me knowing no doctor will help me because I’m under them. I’m literally dealing with acute pain. I was in the back seat of a Lexus when a Chevy truck plowed into us totaling my sons car. I have to work. So I have to deal with acute pain and migraines. Dr khatibi used to be so caring but now he allows it to be personal when it’s not. I’m frustrated. I’ve never been treated this poorly by any place in my life!!!

I have been reading all of these reviews and paid more attention to all the Dr's responses. I am an 80 yr old with back and hip issues. I was about to call up and make an appt with this office. I thought of reading all the reviews before making my decision. I can not believe how uncaring a medical doctor can be. Also recently my son inlaw had an appt with a Dr on video in their office. You know what this Dr told my son inlaw? He was to get use to the pain, to do yoga, and finally just to kill himself he all else fails. My son inlaw has a back injury and has dealed with it for over 18yrs with multiple failed correction back surgeries. He had all different pain medications but except for Fentanyl. Which he will never take. He's had the same pain meds doses for 11 yrs but not since going to this office. Everything was taken from him and all they say is it's against the law for them to give out the same meds he's had before. His mother is on Fentanyl and Percocets for back injury. I'm on morphine and Percocets and we are both 80 and 79 yrs. So all I can say is if you go here they treat you as if you are addicted to drugs. Not a patient seeking help for pain. I am telling you people read the reviews and the Dr's responses before you mistakenly go to this office. Everyone should record audio your appts and contact the medical board with any problems coming out from this office. This office should not be having a license to practice.
Will expect a negative response from Dr.

Befuddled!! Completely lost for words, I couldn't believe a medical office would let staff conduct them self in that manner! A complete lack of empathy ,consideration, and respect for the patient ! Don't they know they are an extension of the MD'S who practice or are affiliated with this facility they completely represent them in a negative way! Showing a complete lack of judgment on management for hiring them. I had to apologize to the agent from the insurance when she called the dr office to ask for a "MA" medical authorization for the prescription they wrote. Unfortunately, neither the insurance agent ,or the pharmacy, nor I were able to get them to fax it.wheter they have a fax matchine or not confuses me since ther fax number n telephone number are the same .so needless to say, the dr.consultation and the prescription were a waste of time, but the experience was an eye-opener. got to see firsthand how inefficient and cruel people can be when they have no sympathy ,lack compasion, or simply don't care or maybe they were having a.bad day ,but what ever the reason was it doesn't excuse ther behavior. YOU CAN NOT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT!!! It's very disrespectful, not just to oneself but to the medical profession! I hope this review helps. I would not recommend this place. I'm sure there are other dr offices with better staff and physicians who still remember the oath they sworn to up hold !! Thanks
for your time ,.....IAM!

I first came into the office, not sure what to expect. I was currently being treated at a methadone clinic and I absolutely hate methadone.
The doctor took the time to talk to me and help me make the transition from that medication to another. He was worried about how my body would react due to the high level of methadone I was on, but I have safely and successfully made the switch! I am still in pain because the medication he gave me isn't exactly a pain med, but we will discuss that on my next visit.
I have seen many one star reviews on here complaining about the front staff being rude and blah blah, however, I have noticed that besides the fact that they are bombed with so many patients, if you are kind to them, smile and get straight to the point, they are very sweet! Also, if there is ever a scheduling problem, as long as you don't give them attitude, they will be willing to help.

Thank you guys so much! You have earned my 5 stars! Thanks Dr. K!

They're always helpful and try and get you in and out as soon as possible. They always give you the medicine you need and will offer other medicines and ways to get better. Though, you better make sure you bring your ID and Insurance card if you want to be seen. In my experience it has always been a pleasant experience. The doctors and staff are always very nice, want to help if they can and again get you in and out as quickly as possible. And if it's really busy they will get you your refills while you wait.

This place is a joke went there for years and never actually got proper treatment only wanted to shove pain pills down my throat never asked for scans or anything. The people at the desk were always rude and unprofessional. Also as a medi-cal patient they charged us $60 to be seeing every month and even when they made a mistake and you had to go back they would charge you again. I’m not sure how this place is still open amazes me. Reading these comments they leave to patients violating HIPPA is crazy. Because of these people I had to go to rehab because I had no clue the amount of pills they were giving me left me to the point where I could Not stop on my own . they only care about money and not about the patient. PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THESE PILL MILLS. Get the proper medical care that you need from a actual real doctor who cares.

First let me start by saying that Dr Khatibi is the best! I have been a patient for over 8 years and he has given me my life back. He is very caring (and funny) and takes the time to listen to me and my concerns. It is frustrating that I can’t get through over the phone but they do listen to their voicemails and will follow through on them. Dr. khatibi, you are the best ❀

After reading all the reviews I am very sad that you all would post such lies about such an amazing and caring doctor. I have much love and respect for Dr.K and his staff. I have never had any negative experiences with this office. I have always been treated with respect and compassion. Mr.K has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I know. All his staff has always taken the extra time and steps to make sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. As for some of the patients I have seen some be very rude to the staff and be very demanding and disrespectful. I was always taught to respect everyone and to never treat anyone as if they are less than me. With that being said treat others how you want to be treated. I pray you all have a very blessed day and remember you don’t know what one is going through so please be kind and respectful towards others.

He is a great doctor very caring and truly cares about his Patients. I don’t mind driving to Corona to be honest I look forward to my appointments he is an amazing doctor his staff is great

First, I have no idea how this place has 4 stars, the front desk staff alone should leave this place without business. I can’t even describe how this one lady especially is allowed to talk to people, you wouldn’t believe me. I actually heard her scream shut up at a patient on the phone. It’s abusive and she has to be related to the Dr. to work there. They obviously manage some people’s pain enough to stay open, unfortunately I was not one of them. I asked for injections 4 times and couldn’t get them and They would only switch me to Suboxone for pain which leads me to believe they just think I’m a drug addict. I tried to stay here, 4 months was generous, but I’m under enough stress. I don’t need to go to an office that’s supposed to help me have a better quality of life only only to leave more stressed and having zero help for pain.all the reviews talking about the staff are 💯 rude. The person responding to people telling them they are the problem are lying. I have never experienced such an abusive unprofessional front desk. I was never rude and never did anything wrong at this office and the front desk staff, especially the oldest woman, treated me awful. I’ve also witnessed them treat many others awful. There is no way if this is how my family treated people, I would have them working for me. I guarantee people have left sole for how they’re treated by the front desk, even if the doctors nice to them, which he was the one time I was able to see him.

Edit: I now know this place putting me on suboxone, absolutely destroyed my life and left me completely unable to ever get my pain managed. The healthcare industry is doing it to so many pain patients. If you’re reading this and unable to get the care you need, I see you and you matter and are worthy of a decent life. I’m sorry you are being treated like you aren’t. I pray you are able to hang on until someone listens to you and treats you appropriately. This office put me on an amount of suboxone way to high and have made me incredibly sick for years and no one will take me off of it and treat my pain. They took me from 3 7.5 Percocet a day to 3 8 mg of suboxone a day. They actually raised my opiate tolerance and when I tell you it’s made me sick, I’ve never been so sick in my life. And no one will listen to me. Hospital’s, doctors offices, see me on suboxone and just assume I was a drug addict. It’s a horrible existence that I see no way out of. I’m pretty sure I’m on my way to having medication induced hepatitis, which is a side effect of this medication because my liver has hurt for over a year every time I take the medication. I’ve tried multiple times to come off and my pain skyrockets. I don’t understand why they would do this to someone. I really encourage you not to come here and whatever you do, do not let them put you on Suboxone and give you a false OUD label just because your medication didn’t work anymore after a failed surgery. They had me sign a paper for the suboxone and it said it was for OUD and I told her, I don’t have that, she said it’s the only way the insurance will pay for it.

Edit: In response to your response, you’re lying. Your staff treats people horribly and you ruined my life and I had done nothing wrong. It’s taken me six years to get a doctor to take me off the suboxone you put me on. Your student PA took me from an equivalent of 30 MG of morphine on a low dose opiate to the highest amount of suboxone you can put someone on, which is not how you treat pain. You raised my opiate tolerance and made me incredibly sick and your staff yelled at me when I tried to see the doctor. I lost my house, couldn’t work and have lived in so much suffering all because I had grown a tolerance to the pain medication I was on and was worse after a back surgery and came to you for help. I don’t know if I will find an attorney to help me, but God see’s your office and God knows what you did to me. I would feel horrible if a student PA. Did to someone what yours did to me. But I am very much aware that accountability is not something you care about.
