I would never recommend this discombobulated company to anyone. They don’t pay their workers on time which makes their workers not want to show up for the appointments they do have with senior citizens. Can you blame them? I’ve had multiple instances where someone canceled on my grandmother because their check did not clear as well as someone who didn’t get paid at all till almost a day later but she still came to see my grandmother out the kindness of her heart. Majority of the workers are rude, but the last one I’ve had I can’t remember her name but she is short and sweet and I love her so much I hope she finds a new job/company to treat her better. The workers show up when they want and do as they want. I had to kick one out of my house before for having a nasty attitude. They will only send their best workers when you tell them you no longer want their services. They are not consistent at all. You tell them a specific schedule you need and they only choose people to come when THEY want to send someone. And don’t even call to give a notice to tell you someone isn’t coming or that they’ll be late. Yet when you’ve already done everything that needs to be done they want to plead over the phone to keep your business. I truly pray that the good workers they have which are scare find another company. I’ve had a total of 6-7 different workers in a months time almost 2 months. And of those 2 were excellent, I hope they find better companies to work with. Would never use this company and AL cares needs to depart from them.
