I am a retired Chiropractor with a very arthritic spine. The gentle movements of Qi gong practice are safe and very effective in restoring range of motion and alleviating pain. Devin is a mindful practitioner who explains the reasoning behind each movement as well as the area it benefits. Each class has a theme and Devin prepares for each one by sharing readings of masters that have gone before us. I have noticed a decrease in anxiety by practicing Qi gong. Crows End is a magical outdoor setting to learn and grow in. I would be recommending this to all my patients if I were still in practice.

I have been attending the Qi Gong classes that Devin has led for the last couple of years. This was initially on zoom and then in person. They combine the background and educational aspects of Qi Gong as well as learning the movement routines. I went to Inner Workings to stop smoking. Devin was very knowledgeable about tools that would help achieve my goal. The space is comfortable and peaceful. Overall it was a very calming experience and I would recommend using this method to others who have tried using other methods without success.
I have maintained my ‘quit’ so far for two weeks. While not a really long time, I feel I will be successful this time and I feel like I have all the tools I need to maintain a smoke free lifestyle.
Also, the cost is quite reasonable.
