I just terminated their services after about 2 years. Once you get use to having a regular nurse, it seems they switch you without telling you. Your regular nurse is just off for a couple of days. I’m autistic and consistency is important to me. Things were going very well with my current regular nurse, who I had been seeing for about a year. Then she is suddenly gone for a few days. I said will you be here tomorrow. I think I’m doing administrative work. Ok see you on Monday. “I think I’ll be seeing you on Thursdays and Tuesday.” If a different nurse every day or not being informed about who will be showing up at your door doesn’t bother you , then they are pretty good. I frankly don’t like a surprise person every day and a switch up once I get comfortable with someone. They know as an autistic person, I should be informed. If they don’t know that, then they are uneducated.

Do not trust this nursing company. I warned there staff about forcing my mother to take the medication the doctor was prescribing without following proper procedures. I also warned them about some medication that where lowering my mothers blood sugar levels to much and medication that was causing her blood pressure to get to low. She was also prescribed medication she did not need that would have caused her a heart attack. The nurses and the nurse practitioner were aware of this and after i called them out the medication was removed and disposed off. Josefina was upset about this to the point she got some of her female nurses to harass us at our home thinking we would retaliate in a violent manner. I got the nurse kicked out but out of retaliation my mother was prescribed a medication by her nurse practitioner that Josefina was aware off that lowered her blood pressure so much it basically almost killed her. She lost part of her vision and is partially blind. Don't trust these guys they are disrespectful and unprofessional.

I enjoyed working at Nizhoni; I learnt a lot; most of my current homecare knowledge is actually still connected to what I learnt at Nizhoni back years ago. They were very organized and did their best to maintain compliance with the state regulations for homecare. Thank you, Nizhoni; could work there again but live too far.

After a discharge from LGH, I dealt with horrible customer service from their end. There’s also a male nurse who’s dispensing extra pills to the person the lockbox is originally for. I do not recommend them at all.

Nizhoni has some of the most conscientious nurses that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The Nurses, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists carry themselves with the utmost dignity while providing unparalleled ethical care. The office staff are always polite, friendly, and helpful. I recommend Nizhoni to everyone including my friends and family.
