Good selection ok/good value great quality esp with carts blue dream has been a staple of mine since the mid 2000s and their Blue dream is spot on to the classic flavor I was getting and from what i remember similar vibe to the high. dislike the 🔋 batts not having airflow 🌬️ control. But they were priced accordingly.

Couldn’t even try the merch at this location because the staff are absolutely terrible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are arrogant and rude. Look at their yelp reviews to get a true sense of their actual rating. It’s 3.5. They must buy reviews on google to get a 4.6 star rating because that is definitely not on par with what I saw and experienced. I would give negative stars if I could. Save yourself the trouble and go to Neta instead of these clowns.

Sold me a broken vape that wasn’t the same brand as what I ordered so they said there was nothing they could do. Some shady employee swapped out their personal trash and I have to pay for it I guess. Won’t be returning.

Favorite dispensary in Western Mass! The medical deals can't be beat with mind-blowingly low prices and the vibe is great in this location. Vaughan and Stacy are especially helpful every time I go in -- give them both raises! Insa fan 4 lyfe here!

I can honestly say I have yet to have a negative experience at INSA Easthampton, the staff is always great about suggestions and I feel they really listen to my concerns before pointing me toward a certain strain. My last visit Drea was absolutely awesome! She helped me save a few dollars while also getting more product and was really great about showing me some new products that met my needs that I had not previously tried. Thanks again Drea!

Very discreet, good specials from time to time, I love the strains they have. The only thing is that this location needs more variety. The menu doesnt change from day to day. Only the specials do. Prices are okay. The strains are really good.

Insa is by far one of the top dispensaries. They always have great sales, the bud tastes & looks amazing, the points earned for each purchase are helpful for discounts & the staff members are super chill. Kayla & Drea are two that helped me during my last visit & I'm so grateful. Thank you ladies… Between the sales I got with the help of you two, and both your kindness, it really made my day.
