Cannot say enough wonderful things about the customer service at this location. I had 1000 questions and they answer them all and gave great recommendations. Highly recommend people visit this location, especially after visiting IKEA.

Each time I visit, I’ve always been happy with their products. My biggest issue is as a Medical Marijuana patient, I always get some type of discount until yesterday. Once I was told the total, I asked if there was any discount. The answer was no, but I was given a 20% off coupon to use by March 31, 2025. This is the first time in 8 years that not one discount was given. Thank goodness I had extra money. Medical Cannabis dispensaries are few and far between and I don’t want them to fold, but discounts are necessary for them to survive.

I had a nice experience here as a first time medical customer. The place was decorated so nicely, and my budtender Elson verified and went over my order with me before I paid. I got 5 prerolls and chocolates for under 40! Insa gave me 50% off on top of their holiday deals. It was a super easy process, I was in and out. It's a great location for medical patients.

My husband and I have been customers here for a few years and ever since the Old crew is gone, we have had horrible service the last few times we have gone in. The past two times my husband has gone in the young lady working the counter refused to help him to a point where he had to walk out and leave. She wouldn’t even talk to him. Horrible horrible service. Insa needs to look into a better crew for Avon.
