I love the facility, and the general manager, even took the time to listen to a few of us in the sauna with ideas on how to improve the gym, for example, by moving the thermostat in the sauna to somewhere that people can actually read. Anyways, this place is great. The staff are awesome and also the kids center is out of this world. I’ve never seen a kid center at a gym like that. I will continue to go here for years 💯

The gym is nice and always clean but the reservation system for the pool is ridiculous.

The same people book it as far in advance as they can and don't even use it. It is literally full 90% of the time in the reservation slots, but if you go there, it's not usually full physically.

Even when there are clearly open lanes, if you try to get in and you don't have a reservation, ( BC they are intentionally booked so no one else can get in) the people in the pool make you get out!

They do have open swim in the afternoon, and that is the only time we can ever get into the pool!

We pay way to much for our family to never have fair access to the amenities we are paying for.

In-Shape Fitness is a great gym with clean facilities, top-notch equipment, and a friendly staff. The vibe is motivating, and there’s something for everyone—whether you're into lifting, cardio, or classes. Highly recommend!

Attention: FYI buyer beware! The services offered on the website under relations that this location will charge you more for is NOT available in woodland! In fact the closest gym they offer is Stockton. Also the spa and sauna are co ed and not In the locker rooms like a lot of full service gyms! I called a few days after stating a membership to cancel due to these issues and they said it would not be a problem and then today they tried to bill me!

I called and asked to speak to a manager and only got a team lead. They told me to cancel online and pay a fee. They basically explained if you further navigate into the website …eventually, somewhere it might tell you that the woodland location might not have all the amenities it’s is claiming to have.

Make sure to read all the paperwork before signing up. They charge over 20% in credit/debit card fee’s, or you are required to give them your banking information. Regardless of when you cancel, they charge you an additional month as a cancelation fee. Communication is poor at this gym and I received two different answers on their cancelation policy. Cleanliness at this gym is also pretty poor.

Nice gym. The team is very friendly. Modern & clean facility. Wish they had a sit down universal bench press for multiple hand locations for those who have specific injuries which require neutral or vertical hand/arm movements and a few more incline benches since most are always in use. But overall, a very nice and clean gym.
My one recommendation would be have team members be able to explain how to use all the universal machines since that is mostly what they have. When asked multiple team members stated that they didn’t know how to explain machine use. That was surprising. Also, it might be helpful to have trainers available. Currently the team stated they don’t.
However, overall it is a very nice gym, clean, and with friendly staff. I am enjoying my time there and feel it is a very nice gym.😊

Cesar took us on a tour of the facility. He was very knowledgeable of the amenities. The club was clean, well organized, and had a variety of apparatuses. The indoor lap pool look inviting as well as the locker were clean and nicely planned out.

Note to corporate, please remove news channels from all facilities, why do they all have one news channel on, I’m at the gym to make my workout an enjoyable experience, once you get this mess, I’ll remove my review. This applys to the Sacramento location as well
