I can’t say enough wonderful things about Integra Home Health! We have used them several times to assist us in caring for a family member. Breanna, the coordinator, has done a tremendous job in getting full coverage for us and has been able to pivot quickly when we’ve needed to change hours of coverage. She has been the perfect contact person because she has responded almost immediately to our questions, requirements and/or changes. We have used other health care agencies in the past and none have been able to provide the same level of care. We also have liked the fact that the health aides keep notes on how our family member has done on their shift. It gives us a snapshot picture of how things have been going and if our family member is doing well or needs more assistance. We can’t thank them enough and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I am very very pleased with my ongoing experience with Integra. I have not had any issues with any of the health care nurses or CNAs. They go beyond the call of due, they have been very compassionate, and loving, for not only my mom but even other people that visit mine. The health care provider from integra are top-notch home care and the administration is always right on any questions I have.

My mother had home health services from Integra for five years. Lest anyone mistake the Integra service for integrity, I am here to relate my experience. We had numerous aides for my mother over five years. A select few, three or four, would make the agency proud as they were honest, caring, and compassionate. The other aides, between fifty and sixty, were unbelievably poor. We had numerous occurrences of stealing her clothes, vacuum cleaner, paintings, food, decorations in her home, and her medications. Some of her aides were emotionally abusive; others uncommunicative and neglectful. Supervision and management of staff were virtually nonexistent, and complaints to the owners were basically ignored. At one point we contacted the police. No one deserves to be so disrespected and mistreated. For this horrendous care, we paid over a million dollars
