Dr Murray is a great doctor. His PA is also great. I have been going to see him for years and I really like the office in Surprise even tho it is not close to where I live. The front office girl doesn't seem very knowledgeable and is very slow! I would recommend him to anyone. He is very caring with his patiences.

Dr. Rampal is always fast and efficient when you visit his office. He makes it look easy but I'm sure that's because his staff as efficient as he is.
PS. I still think your scale ⚖️ weights a little on the heavy side.

I'm curious about all of these old reviews that say how bad this place is. Don't know if it's because of the new cardiologist or maybe there's been a change in staff. None of the previous reviews that I've read relate to the current situation there.

Staff is courteous and efficient. I've had no problem with records transfers as my previous cardiologist's staff was so poor that I sought somebody new. One thing that I like in addition to their professionalism is the PA seems just as knowledgeable and efficient as the cardiologist. Also they don't seem to try to milk my insurance companies. Once things were established well I went down to a very minimal number of appointments just to maintain.

This is really bad seeing how they are not responding to the complaints I'm seeing online. Just to think I was going to pick them as a cardiologist I am so happy I did not I have chosen somewhere I also go. Once I see them start answering some of these clients and patients that are understandably upset, I will not change my review. In fact I'm almost tempted to go to the board of directors bed board and report these people.

Took them a week to call me after they received me referral. Seeing that it is a cardiologist office they should be calling these referred patients right away. I missed their call. Had to listen to the voicemail four times to get the phone number and still didn't get the last two nunbers. Had to finally look it up. Glad those marbles in the lady on the phones mouth made it hard to speak didn't interfere with the office's name. As I sit here I've been on hold for 12 minutes before they came back. SHE'S BACK. After going over all my contact information she tells me the system is down. I tell her that she left me on hold for 12 minutes and she said well I can call you back when the system is up. It's Friday and it's noon, lunch time so I probably won't hear from them until next week. I hope my heart can hold out until they call back and get me in for an appointment. Think I'll look for another doctor. Besides they are all the way in Surprise on Bell Rd west of the 303. I live in Phoenix. Long way to travel to be mistreated.

The cardiologist himself is wonderful. Everything else is a mess. No one answers the phone for appointments or questions. I actually made a video of me being on hold with them for an hour, literally. Walgreens also can’t get through to them for refills. I am changing cardiologists due to this.
