Found massage and reiki treatment from N. Martinez to be very relaxing and yet energizing at the same time. During treatment could feel energy flow from her very warm hands to my abdominal and belly chakras. At end of session felt like my energies were more fluid which was why I had signed up for both the massage and reiki.

Every person at your business was so kind and welcoming. I enjoyed my experience in Sound Healing class and my two kids had a great time playing with your staff in the Sanctuary. My 6 year old, who was incredibly anxious about the new experience, was smiling and begging to go again to play when I saw him after class. It is such a relief for my mama heart to know this resource is in our community!

There's a lot to be experienced here if you are looking to feel better, mind, body and soul. I've had two types of energy work done now, my body and emotions responded incredibly positively.
The vibe is immaculate, the employees are adorable, well trained, compassionate, there's a cute store and refreshments to boot. I'm only sad I didn't find integrative touch years ago
