The initial consultation prior to Kris even laying hands on me was so in depth and she genuinely wanted to understand what my body had been through and what my ailments were.

Kris is someone who I wouldn't identify as a massage therapist because that's an understatement. She is a true healer. With her past experiences being a nurse and personal trainer, you can't find anyone else who understands the body, mind and soul including every intricate muscle better than Kris does.

She's able to find those areas with tension and old trauma that's buried deep within your body and she creates the space for you to let it go. It's one of the most empowering experiences I've ever experienced and I'm someone who LOVES massages and has traveled around the world and have had many deep tissue massages. Intuitive healing is hands down my go to over any other massage therapist out there. I was in debilitating pain for over a week. I thought the pain would never go away. She answered every question I had and eased me through every fear as she professionally examined and pinpointed the affected areas. Let me tell you never would I have thought after leaving there that I would have any of the mobility that I had lost for a week. She determined exactly where the pain was and traced it to its origin.

Kris is the best!

I have been going to her for a little over 2 years. She really takes her time to understand your body concerns at each visit, provides great changes to implement to improve my flexibility and overall movement. I am a big advocate of the sports massage! The space is amazing, clean and overall welcoming.

What keeps me coming back to Kris is since our first meeting she made me feel comfortable, and listened actively as I spoke about my flexibility goals. As a larger body person she never made me feel uncomfortable in the space.

Dominique is very knowledgeable and has a calm, straightforward energy. Down to earth and good at what she does. Sessions have really helped me deal with my back and neck injuries.
