If you know me, then you know I have thee kindest heart and I have never left a review on a service I did not like but I was messaged after a doctor appointment asking for a review. I must say I had a horrible experience. I felt extremely uncomfortable with PA Phillip McKay. He asked inappropriate questions as we were in a room alone, it was so uncomfortable and not relevant to my visit. He also does not have great bedside manners. The energy is low vibrational in this office and I do not recommend. I left in tears. No thank you!

I was scheduled to have a procedure here and everything was fine and dandy up until a day before said procedure when I received a call from Vanessa explaining that i have a higher co-pay. Up until then i was led to believe i wasnt going to be liable for anything out of pocket. This really frustrates me because i was going to be a step closer to figuring out what was going on with me. I even lost a day of work to make it to the procedure and i cant even get a note for work… find a different place for your needs people. Buyer Beware

I went for the first time and they were great! Making the appointment was easy and the portal is great to use. Tatiana was wonderful, thorough, explained things and listened to me which was rare these days at a doctors. I just hope they can find what's wrong with me!

Dr Gondha & Juana, medical assistant, are exceptional in their patient treatment & communication skills. They are courteous & listen well. I am made to feel comfortable & well taken care of during inpatient visits & through follow-up requests & questions.

Sarah Shaheen, PA is my physician and she is thorough, patient, and just overall amazing! The staff here, are also just spectacular! You ask them, they will help you through it. I am completely amazed by this group! Not only did primary Care but also two of my other doctors recommended island view gastroenterology and they were right in all their praises!

Today I had my first visit with Dr. Benito Pedraza at Island View Gastroenterology Associates. I had been a patient of another doctor there for over 20 years. He is retiring next month. Dr. Pedraza is very good. He listened to my story and asked god questions. He recommended a course of action and asked me more than once if I had any questions for him. I am lookimg forward to meting him and woeking with him. His Medical Assistant, Susie, called me earlier in th day to ask a few questions. She seem ed very thorough, was easy to speak with and told me how to communicte with her bu phone or text. A very efficient and intellligent team.
