Went in for an urgent rental while my Fiance had a emergency visit. Older gentleman helped us and was very kind and patient and informative about the wheel chair rental. I was also surprised that they didn't take the security deposit at the time but only if we didn't return with the wheelchair which was a nice surprise. Either way smooth, informative, and did not take long.

My 90 yeas old mother has been calling this office for a month trying to get her supply. And was told on 1.5.21 that she can not get it for December b/c it's already a new year. Unbelievable and unacceptable. Her insurance approved it, what right do you have to deny it? She's so upset, Im afraid that she will get a heart attack. This is not a way to treat elderly, especially during SIP!!!!Terrible service!!!

The fine people at the Geary St. ITC really saved my bacon Friday night by staying an extra hour and a half so that I could get there from the airport as I forgot to bring my breathing machine on this trip.
Then they stayed another half an hour to help me get the right equipment so that I could have a comfortable stay.
I am forever indebted to these generous, loving people.

Just bought a commode. Stupidly we didn't check prices online. Readily available online for $40. We paid ,$119. Couldn't return it 5 minutes later because of no return policy. Price gouging at it's worst

I thought this city of San Francisco have strict laws on price gouging. An oxygen concentrator that cost $900 else where is priced $2500 at ITC medical devices. Same brand, Same model, same new product from the manufacturer. Price gouging during a pandemic is inhumane.

This place is listed on google as a place that takes donated crutches, but when I went there they said they didn't want them and suggested I take them to the church nearby, but it was closed. So I left them outside the door.
