They were hands on. They showed me how the sleep machine works and asked me to personally take pieces of the machine off and back on again, which was really helpful. I put the mask on and tried it out and asked more questions. The staff was friendly and helpful! I’m happy to finally be able to use my machine and get some much needed sleep! Thanks guys! I love the quick response times. My son is 1 who tends to need oxygen refills a lot! Each time I call, they never question me, they will just send someone out. There was never a time that we had to sit without oxygen or any equipment. I love this company!!!! I am so happy that this company was assigned to us. It makes having a kid with superhero powers so easy☺️❤️

The people and service were great. The building however was not ADA compliant. Both exterior doors are a problem. I had to ask for help to get me and my rolator into and out of the building.

Technician explained how the Rollator works and offered to change the height setting but it was perfect. He showed me how to set the brakes and reminded me not to sit down on it unless the brakes were set. Great job!
