Always great experience from the second I walk in the facility! All staff is super sweet & nice especially the nurse administrating my Ocrevous. She always asked if I was ok & offered snacks, drinks, extra pillow & blanket. I was very pleased with my visit.

This place is FABULOUS!! I've received IV treatment for MS for 5 years now, I've always had to go to an oncology center. The place was open and noisy you had to sit in an office partition, I would have to watch Netflix on my phone 😕 sleep was impossible without earplugs. IVX was like being in a nice hotel, private suite Netflix I was STOKED 😄 Staff were FANTASTIC also I'm looking forward to my next visit 😎

I know there is a shortage of supplies due to the hurricanes in Florida, so they had to do part of my infusion manually, BUT I liked it a lot better! Because the saline flush in between hurts, and to not have that was nice. They also requested my daughter to draw something (she is an artist) so she left a quick drawing for them too.

From the moment I walked into IVX I felt welcomed. The receptionist was comforting and displayed a very positive attitude. I was quite early for my infusion but it wasn’t a problem at all! Melanie and Michele teamed up to get me started and they were just as awesome! The facility is great-never expected goodies, which my husband enjoyed and the private room setting is a plus-something I’m certainly not use to! The whole process was TOP NOTCH! Gosh, if the out of pocket cost for my infusion, and the insurance allows, who knows, I may become a regular instead of just while the my doc is remodeling 😊❤️ Inez D.

An excellent experience. Everything went smoothly. Jeannie at the front desk seamlessly took care of all the paperwork, Megan made the infusion process comfortable and made sure any questions I had were answered before we began. . Couldn’t have been a better experience!

Great place, only one concern the front desk secretary is wearing a mask below her nose and coughing and blowing her nose and not using any sanitizer for her hands. As she helps others, touching all there stuff without any concern of spreading infection or flu!?!? Definitely a no no for a place where compromised individuals come to get iv infusions.. stay safe out there!

It was my first time doing an infusion, and the center in San Ramon was so nice. Everyone working there was very accommodating and helpful. I had a very smooth experience, the facility was very clean and had nice individual rooms with furniture.

Jeannie at the front desk was thoroughly helpful from the beginning when I first contacted IVX to when I came for my first visit. She worked with me to make it easy through every step of the process.

My nurse, Madalyn, was also very dedicated and made my first visit a very pleasant one. She also expedited some concerns that I had to reach my doctor quickly to get them resolved.

I look forward to continuing with IVX. They truly care about their patients.
