This is the supplier used by my insurance for distribution of my ostomy products. They have been nothing short of awful to deal with. I’m actually giving one-star because the ostomy nurse, Deb, who helped me order my supplies, has been wonderful. But as far as receiving supplies? I’ve only received 2 months worth of orders out of 8 months I’ve been trying to work with the company. My products are supposed to be shipped out on the 11th of every month. It is now the 23rd and the FedEx tracking only states “label created”. I am down to 2 ostomy bags left, and (again) have had to order supplies from Amazon which cost me $100 out of pocket for 10 bags. The position of my stoma causes frequent leaks , so I sometimes have to use 3-4 bags a day. Oh! And good luck trying to reach customer service via on phone or online. I have had messages sit in their inbox for over 3 months unanswered. Unfortunately, I am a disabled patient having to use Medicaid, because I’m currently unable to work. I believe this is used as an excuse for piss-poor service from the supplier. If your insurance allows you to go through a different company, I strongly suggest you do so. If you have no other options, best of luck to you. I hope your experience is better than mine has been.
