Physical Express in Pine Level has the best staff of any doctor office I have ever been in, from the front desk, to the medical assistants, and especially the Nurse Practitioner, Lindsey Barton!! Whatever you have going on, they will most certainly try to get it figured out & make you feel better!! I have been going there for almost 2 years, ever since they first opened this office, and I will never go anywhere else!

Dr Allen literally saved my life! I came in with the ONLY symptom of swollen lymph nodes in my neck. No fever, cough, sinus infection, abscessed tooth, nothing! He ordered a blood count and my WBC was 27,000 (which is 3+ times the normal limit)!! He immediately gave me IV antibiotics and steroids. They stayed until 6pm giving it to me.
He had me come in the next day to recheck my WBC and give me more IV antibiotics. Praise God it started to come down! If he had brushed me off because I had no other symptoms, I would have died. In fact he told me that if I hadn't come in, I would have died in a matter of days!
ALL the staff were friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I love the Christian atmosphere! My own doctor, whom I have been seeing for YEARS, had turned me away and that is why I had gone to PLFC. I now have my medical records and made Dr Allen my personal physician! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and the clinic to everyone!

Don't waste your time. Not taking new patients. They don't answer the phone and they don't call you back. I went in person, only to be told they are not taking new patients. Waste of my time..

Dr. Allen is the most knowledgeable and respectful doctor I’ve ever been to. He corrected false diagnosis’s made by my previous primary physician. I’m devastated my new insurance policy is causing me to have to get another physician.

Very disappointed with my experience for my 8 year old son. Waited for over an hour in the room. Nurse dug around in arm when trying to do blood cultures, couldn't find a vein! Nurse also had to redo X-rays. Doctor had to come draw the blood. 2.5 hours total in office. Was supposed to be called the next day on results. I called office twice asking for results. Doctor had not signed off on results. Meanwhile that night my son had another bad outbreak of a rash. Called 8 am on second day following blood work, doctor still had not signed off on blood work. I'm still sitting here waiting on a call so I can give information to my pediatrician today for another office visit to get answers! VERY FRUSTRATING for a concerned parent!!!
