After experiencing misdiagnosis’ from several primary care physicians and psychiatrists, Dr. Nagle has been the only doctor who has been able make me feel the most comfortable coming to about any sort of mental/physical issues. The true compassion and drive for the betterment of his patients has changed my life entirely. I can without a second thought say that he has saved my life, or at the very least helped me get through some of the hardest obstacles I had been facing in life.

Dr. Nagle is an excellent doctor: caring, skilled, and with a fine bedside manner. I particularly appreciate that he doesn't just operate from a script, but instead is to happy take the time to have a thoughtful and detailed conversation with an informed patient.

The front office staff at his office, on the other hand, seem to turn over every month or two, and make the Keystone Cops look capable, well organized, and skilled with fax machines. The medical assistants there do seem capable, but are prickly and snarky, as if they don't enjoy working there. These have both been issues for many years, ever since Dignity Health took the office over.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Nagle IF he worked at a different (non-Dignity-Health) medical office — but sadly he doesn't. So go and see him only if you sure you will never need a prescription, a refill, a referral, a telehealth appointment, or anything else that requires even the slightest hint of competence from his staff, or if you're happy with having to call them half-a-dozen times over a week or two before they get it straightened out.

Had been putting off "annual physicals" my entire adult life. At the urging of my wife, I made the appointment and met with Dr. Nagle. To begin, let me say that his staff and facility were awesome. Super friendly, less than 5 minute wait for my appointment. Spent a few minutes with the nurse, taking vitals and asking very general questions. The Dr. Nagle came in and introduced himself. He as very easy to talk to; was genuinely concerned about certain lifestyle issues and keenly interested in my eating habits and level of exercise. The entire appointment was very relaxed; Dr. Nagle was in no hurry to end our visit and made sure all of my questions and concerns had been addressed and answered. At the age of 48, it's definitely time for me to have my annual visits, and I'm really glad I found Dr. Nagle as my primary care physician.

Great doctor! I feel very comfortable with Dr. Nagel. He pays close attention to my needs, he is patient and caring. He answers all my questions carefully and is very knowledgeable about what he does. I have never felt that he rushes through the consultation like I have experienced with other doctors.

Dr. Nagel has been instrumental in managing my pain and I am SO GREATFUL. No more narcotics needed for my pain. Yay! He listens well, offers good solutions and I recommend him to anyone with constant pain issues.

AVOID NAGEL for your own sake! This terrible doctor makes severe mis-diagnosis, consistently makes, mistakes and refuses to admit them no matter if you attempt to get facts and records set correctly. Usually you don't get to see what Dr.s write about you, one day I found out, it was shocking, and very inaccurate. If you want someone to do harm to you, Dr. Nagel is your guy. Mis-diagnosis, and I mean way off base diagnosis, that's Dr. Nagel! When it comes to someone refusing to re- consider the things he puts into your permanent records are false, with proof and facts backing you, that's Dr. Nagel. He then dismissed me (he knew that this would make it impossible for me to get any new doctor at any Dignity Medical Clinic) just for me asking permission to present facts contradicting his way off basel list of "Patient Conditions" written misleadingly by Dr. Nagel. When it comes to a patient calling to just get a call back at his conveince, I got long term zero reply, that's Dr. Nagel! The receptionist insisted..."He wants you to come in for a paid appointment" just to discuss his mis-diagnosis from my previous paid appointments, a real money hog that's Dr. Nagel. Truly and honestly, AVOID Dr. Nagel at all costs, because it will cost you more than money, and more than you bargained for. Get a decent Dr. instead. I wish I'd known beforehand what I am warning you about now regarding Dr. Nagel.

Dr. Nagle has been the doctor for my family of five for years, there's noone I trust more to keep us healthy and well informed. His breadth of knowledge is impressive, and he's always give a variety of options for treatments.
