My CT scan was scheduled for 8am,but I wasn't take until 8:40am, come to think of it the Radiologist said the hold up was due to the doctor coming in just as he was coming to get me. Hindsight is 20/20, I realized that by keeping me there as long as they did they are able to legally bill my Insurance for not only the CT scan but an office visit as well. I never met with a doctor only the Nurse Practioner.

I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received at Southern ENT with Dr. Jacques Gaudet and his team. Unlike many of the other clinics I visited, they took the time to look at the full picture of my health instead of just focusing on the one issue I initially came in for. From my first visit, they were thorough and proactive—immediately investigating the underlying causes of my symptoms and working toward a comprehensive solution. They even recommended addressing everything in one surgery, which saved me time and additional procedures. The level of attention and care I received here was far beyond my previous experiences, and I’m so thankful I was referred to them. I truly feel like they had my best interests at heart, and I can’t recommend them enough!

First visit and the office experience was great ! The nurse practitioner was great bery knowledgable as was the audiologist but i did make the appt with the Dr and would have liked to experienced the Dr since he was recommended by my PCP!
