I can't say enough about this company and Frank Leal!!! Over past 5 years they've never disappointed, EVER!!! I can reach Frank anytime and he's ALWAYS on it! Most importantly, Trustworthy and never feeling like I'm being sold something I don't need and rather quite the opposite.

I purchased a GE cardiac monitor over 5 years ago from Jaken Medical. The tech team was always available for training and questions whenever I called. There was a time when I was doing a routine check of the equipment 2 days before a long IV sedation procedure and there was a problem with the monitor. I was in a panic and called in the afternoon EST, we are in Baltimore and Jaken is in California. They overnighted me a replacement monitor so that we didn't have to cancel the procedure, which required special staffing and resources. The personal support and customer service we have received from Jaken has far exceeded that which we have experienced from any other company. When PPE and disinfectant products were scarce and we were running out of a critical surface disinfectant, I mentioned it to Frank in passing and he was able to procure it for us, even though it was not in his regular inventory. There never seems to be an expiration of the warranty. The team is always available to troubleshoot or find solutions for any issues, which have been extremely rare. The quality of their products is exceptional and they have refurbished options which have helped us keep equipment costs down. Towson Dental Care highly recommends Jaken Medical.

I have been working directly with Derek Rhyne at Jaken Medical for over a year now. He knows all of his products and on the off chance he doesn't have the answer, he gets one, and fast.
Derek has gone above and beyond and made himself personally available if a problem with any of my Jaken Medical equipment arises, and finds a solution quickly and efficiently to prevent any down time with my technologists. I really appreciate the transparency Jaken Medical offers. If there is going to be a delay - they are up front with me at the time of order.
On several occasions I have needed equipment within days and Derek does whatever he can to make sure we get what we need in a pinch.
