After my appointment I was supposed to be referred for PT. I waited about a week and called back. I was told they would send it to the PT again. I still did not hear anything. I tried to contact the PT with no luck. I also called back to the doctor's nurse and did not get a call back. I had a follow up appt. that I canceled because I never did PT. I told them why I was canceling and no one has contacted me.

It was a very pleasant first visit!! Dr. Higgins definitely made a very good first impression!!! I felt very comfortable with him! He is very thorough, and has good bedside manner!!! And I can't leave out his nurse, a team very well put together!! They both are sweethearts. Even though it was a first visit, I look forward to dealing with them for whatever needs I may have in the future!!!! Thank yall soooo much!!!!!

I signed in and than the nurse called me in. She took my vitals and a second or two later the doctor came in and examined
my knee. Asked how it was and I told him that my knee was doing good and I told him that Dr. Higgins did I good job on my knee and it looks good. He discharged me and I thank everyone at the desk and than I left.
