I completely agree with the previous review of terrible. I spent over a week sending emails, leaving messages through their website and voicemails with no answer. It took giving this company an awful rating and feedback (one star but didn't want to give them any stars) on Amazon for them to contact me. I got an email immediately after the negative feedback. They said they would ship my missing product with expedited shipping to make me happy again and could I please change my rating. Two days later after checking the tracking number my product had never been shipped. I was told I could not get the product I ordered and paid for until I took down my negative feedback off Amazon. Asking you to change the seller rating or feedback you submitted is a violation of Amazon's Community Rules. I asked for a refund and they ran me around for another 8 emails before I finally had to contact Amazon to get a refund. Every email from them told me they could not ship my product due to Amazon not allowing them to print shipping labels with negative feedback and then gave me the run around about refunding my money. A month later I finally received a refund through Amazon. Do not do business with this company. Worst customer service EVER.

Item ordered on 3/3/17. Receive confirmation for delivery date of 3/9/17. Date changed and delivery date is now 3/14/17. Why would it take 11 days for an in-stock item to go from Illinois to New Jersey? This is not what I call good customer service! 11 DAYS!!

I had emailed the company about a shipment that I wasn't sure if it had been delivered to my home. Antonia was helpful and speedy and was able to find me the answer I needed. I was very pleased and would use this company again in the future.

Customer Service is Non-Existent. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to email. The prices of the items I want is no longer on the website, so I cannot order. Had to find a new supplier. Very disappointed.
