If they don’t have it, they will order it. They service your wheelchair for free after you purchase it. You can buy one bandaid at a time and gauze etc. gets cut depending on how much you need.
Some of their staff have been there for years and are very knowledgeable and helpful, especially in the equipment section. Almost like an old hometown pharmacy.

My mom had foot surgery and came here to get crutches. She was told they could not adjusted them for her. Just a simple act of kindness could not be done for your customers. Don’t go to this place! They are not customers based.

Worst Customer service ever. 😒 I wanted to transfer my medicine to them they wait 2months later to tell me. Just like this we don't want your business you take your prescription and go back to Walgreens. So I had one prescription that unfortunately couldn't be submitted back to Walgreens because it's considered a controlled substance. I explained that would be the only medicine I would ever pick up from there. She told me she can't help me I asked for a higher up person incharge she ended hanging up on me 2 times never once was I ever rude to her. Unfortunately there are bad people doing bad things with medicine, I haven't experienced such disrespect 😪 in so long. Sad

I recently had to go in for a work comp prescription. I only had to wait 5 minutes and the staff were all so friendly and asked how I was doing. This felt great to have a familial atmosphere somewhere you need it, such as your local pharmacy. Great Job JDX!

They don't have their act together. My father called them to explain I would be picking up his meds on his behalf, and they said it was fine as long as I brought his ID and insurance card. When I arrived, they claimed he never called to informed them I would be arriving on his behalf.

Oh well, will be sticking with Rite-Aid Pharmacy.

I recently had two prescription that were short. I contacted the pharmacy and informed them, they informed me it was showing the full prescription was filled on there records. I explained that I was currently looking at the amount I was issued and it was not the full prescription. I was then asked to bring the bottles in. I am appalled at the fact that they first off doubted me but further more she discredited my integrity. I took off work to come and do the same thing in person. Again she discredited my claim and reported they have a machine do the count. In short she called me a lier. I must add these are non narcotic, they are my mental health medication. I don’t have a line of people buying them. Matter of fact the only people that would be able to resell them would be a person that works at a pharmacy. My situation never was resolved other then we will rebill medical. I suggest we all count our pills.

This pharmacy has had every prescription other pharmacy’s in town have not had for my son. I am very impressed at how every time I’m searching for something for my son even online, it always ends up I find them here! Thank you JDX and thank you to the staff who are always so friendly and helpful.
