I checked in at 9:30, filled in the information, and then waited until 10:00 and they called me in. I went in and checked my weight directly. Then I was taken into a room, and then my blood pressure was measured. Then just keep waiting! ! ! ! It's eleven in the morning! I waited almost an hour in this room! No one came! Finally waited for the doctor but he was really perfunctory. He seemed to be very busy and didn't have the patience to talk to you. Excuse me? And his work on those instruments is like a process, he is very unprofessional. Do not recommend going to this clinic! ! !

I been with this office 3 years now and not once has any of the staff or doctors been rude like some of these reviews will have you believe. It's almost laughable reading them as it's easy to tell the b.s ones from folks who may have felt they could have had a better experience.

The staff always treats me kindly, asks if I have any other medical issues that need to be talked about with the doctor, which he has always listened and treated me with respect. He has only refered me when it's something a specialist must address. I appreciate the entire office and thankful for their service.

I've been going to Dr Nguyen for over 5 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about him or his staff. As far as some of the bad reviews go, I'll point out that most people are only going to write a review, especially if it concerns a health care provider, if they have a bad experience. I, for example, have had nothing but a good experience over all these years and I've never thought to leave a review - that is, until I read some of these bad reviews which paint him in a bad light. His staff has been friendly to me since the very beginning, and also I have a feeling that these people who say they've been rushed out of his office are probably hypochondriacs who need an actual therapist and not a primary care position such as Dr Nguyen. If he's ever "rushed me out" it's because he knew that I was in a hurry- quick and to the point, which I appreciated. For any new patients thinking of going here, DON'T believe everything you read online. Dr. Nguyen gives you the care you need in the proper amount of time

My experience here is alright, the doctors are both very good, and my parents like them best compared to other doctors they have been to. However, the front desk does not know how to bill health insurance. They told my mom that her insurance did not pay the last time it was billed. I contacted the insurance company and was told that everything is fine, they would pay the bill. My mom called the office and was transferred to the person who is in charge of billing. He told my mom that her insurance company did not pay a bill from a previous visit because they "stopped paying since the end of the year". She told him that I spoke to the insurance company and everything was as it should be. He says he will check and low and behold "they paid". This raises 2 concerns for me, what would they have done if my parents went in office and offered to pay? Would they have accepted payment twice for the same visit? If my mom hadn't informed him that everything was okay per the insurance company, would he have still led my mom to believe the visit was unpaid? What if my parents were not able to reach out to her insurance company and confirm that everything for her policy was in order? When dealing with someone's medical service AND their money, you have yo be diligent. I would be heartbroken if my parents were worried about money and that made them scared to visit the doctor when they need it.

This doctor doesn’t have any patience with his patients. I recently started going there and he told me next time “don’t come without someone who speaks perfect English”. He was very rude. He isn’t helpful at all. Doesn’t even provide me with a specialist for my Breast exams. Whenever I go I don’t feel welcomed or comfortable.

Would give zero Stars if I could. This man totally neglected major health issues that I brought up to him throughout the years and we're also reflected by blood work that he didn't seem to be a big deal. I was referred to places that don't exist, don't take my insurance.. or were completely the wrong type of referral I needed. I was paying cash visits for so-called treatment from him.. yet there were times when my insurance was also ran after I paid the cash fee for the visit.
After the last year of being forced to see many different doctors my eyes have been opened so wide.. and I am almost ashamed of myself that I wasted so much time trusting this guy. The last straw for me was the last visit I had. I asked him that he even know why he was treating me with the medication he was treating me with.. he did not know. I was talked into taking vaccines that I had absolutely no risk or reason to have to take them. But because he was not up to date or speed on his patients.. particularly those who pays cash for the treatment he provides for cash only.. he lumps all those into one category. It's evident now and was suspected prior. but after the last year and interactions I've had with different folks regarding this, it is absolutely an issue at this place. After suffering a severe TBI in August, it wasn't until December when I actually was able to see another PCP because I knew that there was no way he would even know where to start as far as treatment and referrals. And that's pretty sad... But most importantly, dangerous.
To any physician reading this.. what is the worth of the "treatment"(meds,cash only!) that you will provide if you aren't even aware of what it does/can do/will-won't counteract with as far as other meds; That each person is different regarding tolerance etc on both ends of the spectrum? The last year has been rough, but out of this I have found a wonderful doctor to provide the same treatment for a lot less money who also knows things about me other than I'm paying cash. He is not my PCP but he spends time getting to understand what's going on with any of my conditions and he has a lot of advice to offer. Even more so I was able to get lucky and have probably the best primary care physician hands down all around. There were many obvious suspected conditions regarding myself for years that Dr Nguyen would not even entertain if I tried to bring it up. As soon as I walked into both of these doctors visits.. the symptoms were the first things they noticed.

All of this to say.. if you are seeing these people for any type of SERIOUS dependency type treatment/therapy etc(and your end goal is to get better and not stuck in another cycle) and they try to talk you into making them your PCP also... just don't do it.

Turn around now and find another doctor.

Everyone at this location is very professional, sweet and accommodating. I was a little apprehensive about going to this office because of some of the reviews that I have read, but all of my worries were dispelled as soon as I walked in the door and was welcomed by a very warm and friendly staff. Doctor Nguyen was personable and genuinely concerned about my overall health and not just my immediate complaint.

Everyone but the Dr was great. Unless you're the type of patient he wants be prepared to feel like the runt of a puppy mill.
