I read the previous reviews and wow... kinda harsh. I've been going to them now for about 8 mos - 1 yr. and I was actually blessed to have found them through a coworker. I moved more north to the Acreage 6 yrs ago and it has been a very painful process leaving my Boca Dr's and having to find new ones.

Every Dr.'s office I've been to has been a nightmare. Wellington has to have the worst Dr's hands down! Not only have I NEVER seen a Dr since moving here, their NP's or PA's have been condescending, rude, or they are 25 y/o trying to understand the problems of someone who was 50 at the time. I don't go to the Dr unless something is wrong or I truly need help with something in particular. I have been told to "get outside more" or "join a support group"... WTH!!!!!!!!!! Or I get the eye rolling and condescending talking down to.

HOWEVER, since coming to Dr Presser's office (no I have not seen or met him yet) I have been seeing Z. Tabakman and she is amazing to say the least. I just about wanted to cry when I had my first appt w/her because she listened to EVERYTHING I had to say. She wasn't in anyway trying to persuade me in anyway to do or not to do something, she just simply listened, wrote everything down, and we started a plan for everything that was addressed. It took several appts and a tad bit of trial and error to get everything correct. But the process was simple and direct. I couldn't ask for anything more. And yes, they do want tests, that to me I didn't think was absolutely necessary, but I'm going to be 55 this yr and honestly it couldn't hurt to have them done. And you can always say, "Hey, I don't want that test", they aren't going to force you to do anything you don't want to do. I'm very direct w/her and I'm sure she can appreciate that as well.

As far as the girls in the front... how anyone can say anything negative is against me. I'd love to see those people dealing w/everyone coming in and out of that office that are sick, or just miserable, or demanding or whatever.... and see how long they last w/out losing their demeanor every once in a while. I couldn't do it and I'm sure they aren't swimming in money, they do it because it's their profession and they truly want to take care of you and make sure their office is running properly. We can't all be perfect all of the time. I'm sure if we had to be waited on by the people that wrote some of the bad reviews, we'd be saying the same about them.

I know there are legit bad reviews and there always will be. But I just wanted to point out the highlights of my visits with them. I think it's a wonderful Dr's office.

And ps... yes, I do think they could use a little remodeling, but all & all that's not what I'm there for.

Great staff! All of the staff are welcoming! The NP that i had the pleasure of seeing was awesome. She made sure that all of my health issues were addressed and taken care of. I would definitely bring my entire family to this office. Thank you ladies again.

Do not recommend as a primary care. Been a patient for 8 years and when I call in requesting an appointment they offer one 2 weeks out and suggest you go to an urgent care or emergency room because they have no availability. Been like this for several years now. They need to hire more physicians or stop accepting new patients but money is a big motivator, not taking care of the sick.

If I could leave ZERO stars for this physician I would. They are only interested in running up the charges and NOT the patient. I had some blood work done , and the only way it could be discussed is if I paid AGAIN for another visit. Since when does a MD run tests, and won't discuss the test results unless I pay for another visit!? Additionally, the PA that I saw, ( Dr. Presser was not available for 8 weeks), injured me by banging on my back. The PA's notes were incomplete, as she didn't write down the medication I take for my back when it goes into spasms. Stay away from this man's practice. They will nickel and dime you to pay for his incompanant support staff.

These three ladies are the best in the business Amanda, Courtney and Judy the PA. These Three ladies are professional, courteous, very responsive, and are the only reasons that I keep coming back. The other office staff call block, Medications are never called in on Time to the pharmacy, and never get the message to the physicians assistant about Medical situations.

Is there even a real Jeffrey L. Presser, MD? Never been able to see him only the PA's. They require tests that are not needed as they have you over a barrel. Required to see a cardiologist for a medical clearance for surgery, even though the surgeon did not require one, my EKG was normal, have never had a cardiac problem in my life. Extra $$$ for no real reason.
