Bizarre! Stay away from this one. The owner Juan was referred to me personally to install our kitchen faucet. It looked great, but afterward the sink stopped draining because the garbage disposal was not functioning. Our house is older and we are updating it, currently waiting on flooring to install the dishwasher. I thought maybe we needed a new garbage disposal or needed the dishwasher installed for the disposal to function properly (I’m not a plumber, I don’t know)— all of which is fine and understandable. I called Juan, described the situation, and asked if he could possibly take a look at the sink— either unclog it, or install a new disposal, etc. He was immediately defensive and agitated. He said he couldn’t come today, it would be an additional charge, all of which I understood and agreed to. Then he flipped out, saying he tested everything after he installed the faucet and that I was blaming him for issues he wasn’t originally hired for. This couldn’t be further from the truth. I just needed my sink to drain and was happy to pay for whatever. He told me he doesn’t want to get involved and to find someone else. Throughout the entire conversation, he was so defensive and rude. I was really shaken up. I was planning on hiring him to do the rest of our plumbing updates, but needless to say, never again!

Juan and Eric are the best, couple weeks ago we had a leak, called JES plumbing they came out within the hour or so. Juan assessed the issue to be a slab leakand made the reference that we call the insurance to make sure the leak would be covered prior doing any work. Long story short it was but not enough to warrant a claim. We didn't get to use JES on this job but had used them before and had received great service, fair pricing with professional workmanship. Fortunately we had a close friend who had a break in his schedule to repair the issue. Thank You Juan and Eric for All the suggestions and answers to our questions.

I called JES after receiving a ridiculous quote from Griffin Plumbing. JES is a smaller, family business, but no less professional than the bigger guys down the street. They responded promptly, and unlike the $89 quote from Griffin, gave me a quote for nothing. I was so impressed with them I immediately agreed to their cost. They immediately went out and got a direct replacement tank, any parts they needed, and the city permit. The two professionals changed the tank in less than 3 hours and had me up and running. Their cost was less than half what Griffin wanted to charge us for the same tank and work!! JES currently has almost all 5-star ratings for a reason, they are GOOD!! Very GOOD!!! Do yourself a favor and call them first.

Our water heater sprung a leak. We called that evening and Juan was there the next morning to evaluate the problem. A new water heater was required and a few hours later the new one was professionally installed by Juan and Eric. Great professional service, great knowledge and honest recommendations. We have always been pleased with JES services.

My 13 year old hot water heater died on a Saturday. I left a message and was able to get an appointment on Monday morning. Eric replaced the water heater and I had hot water by noon! Eric was meticulous and skillful, inspecting and reinspecting every aspect of the job. He was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. His dad, Juan, stopped by for a bit to assist and they both patiently answered my questions. I would highly recommend them!

JES Plumbing offered excellent and reliable service for my pipe/drain repair, and at the end of the week no less! Eric arrived and quickly assessed the situation and walked me through the problem and the way he was going to fix it. He was done in an appropriate amount of time with no hassle, checking and double checking that everything was working as it should. There was no mess left behind, and the cost was very reasonable for the quality of work. I will call Juan and Eric back for any future Plumbing problems and recommend them to anyone with Plumbing needs.

Eric came out to fix a serious problem with our toilet on short notice. He did a fantastic job - and was gracious enough to stay beyond the originally schedule amount of time to do replace the fixtures on two of our sinks.

Eric came out before to fix our water regulator some months ago after the first plumber from another company that our home warranty had sent out gaslighted us and told us nothing was wrong . . .

Before that, a friend of mine who used to manage a condo complex highly recommended JES, and I wrote their name down in my phone notes. He knew what he was talking about!

He was very competent, and thorough, and very personable, and the charges were very reasonable. Next time we need plumbing work, JES gets it with no question!
